      They were supposed to install 2 toilets for us. They didn't flush after the install. I called to reschedule them to repair their shoddy workmanship. The first time, they were a no call, no show. I rescheduled them again, and again a no call no show.

      Delta Mechanical advertised under septic service. They aren't a septic service. I got no 10 year warranty I was promised yet after 1.5 months. Talked me into a new sewer drainage system for $11,600. I was 75 single female. I said no. Offered payment plan for$139 month. Thought ok. Probably needed the work done. They didn't say who I was getting financed by. I thought it was them. They started next day. 2nd day they left the plumbing open and we the pi and p*** went into the dirt. They didn't come back until after noon the next day despite my calls. They told me tenant they were going to take off her toilet. They never did take off the toilets and replace the pflanges. Heard from a handyman friend they were isupposed to. They left the yard in a mess. The loan company then told me it's $215 a month. They are on hold still waiting from paperwork. ******** charges 19% interest minimum. I didn't know who they were. I called for a manager. They already had to snake in the kitchen. The manager never called back. I asked for the 10 year warranty. They said they would mail it. I still don't have the 10 year warranty.

      I decided to replace the water heater in my home, which is the one that came with the house in 2003. I went to ********** to purchase a new one. The old one was a short 38 gallon electric. So, that's what I ordered. I also presumed that the water heater was using 240/220 Volts. This was not the case in my situation.Delta Mechanical came out to deliver the new one, but we found out upon the technician's inspection the old unit was pulling only 110 Volts. That said, the technician called his headquarters, and told them I needed one that would run on 110/120 Volts. The breaker for this unit is only 20 Amps. So, they found a 30-gallon water heater that would run on 120 Volts.The technician returned with the smaller tank.The breaker tripped. I called an electrician to see what the issue might have been. He arrived on Monday, 3/3/2025. What he found was:1. The wattage of the two elements was 3000 ***** each.2. The breaker would carry 20 Amps.3. The new unit pulled 25 Amps.4. The 20 Amp breaker would trip if over 20 Amps. 5. The formula for Amp requirements is Wattage of element divided by Volts. [In this case 3000 / 120 = 25 Amps.]6. This unit works on 120 Volts - requiring a 25 Amp breaker.--NOT what I had.7. I called Delta Mechanical and informed them that the wattage of the elements was too much with the 20 Amp breaker, which they knew when I ordered it.8. First, Delta wanted to charge me for the two new elements. $90. They replaced the elements N/C.9. The emergency breaker installed required a fuse, it wasn't a straight breaker.I called Delta Mechanical to be reimbursed for the cost of the electrician I incurred--$200.00. I also informed them that the person who took the order for the unit, should have done the math to know if a 20 Amp breaker would carry a 3000 watt element.Delta Mech. would not reimburse me for the **************, beware of Delta Mechanical.

      This was the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber. I was told the job would take about 45 minutes and it took 7 hours. This whole time I did not have any running water to my house. It has been 3 weeks and they still have not finished the job. I have called many times and they have not returned any of my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      To Whom It May Concern: It would be unwise to ever try to use company. ********** had subcontracted Delta mechanical out to fix major leaks in my home. I had an appointment set up on 2/22/2025. I was told they would be at my home at 10:00 A.M, and then the Branch Manager of Sacrament ***** he would not give me his last name) called me asking for a one hour window, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. I thought that was responsible. I took a half day of work (Unpaid) to be at my home for the arrival time. The time came and went, and no one showed up, no one contacted me, and I had major leaks in my home. I called the Branch manager *** *** would not give me his last name). And he said his guy was ***** minutes away. When I objected stating I have an appointment and an arrival window that was not respected, he seemed to care not at all and say well this is normal. He had no answer for why no one contacted me so I could go to work and be home for the new and un agreed upon time someone coming. Nor could he give me an actual time someone would be there. I then asked What is the realistic f****** time someone will come to my home, to which he became verbally abusive, aggressive, and canceled my appointment. Leaving me with several water leaks and hours of unpaid time wasted. This company has no respect for peoples time. No professionalism, and if the workers are like there Branch Manager *** no courtesy or decency. ***** this company if you can. They will leave you high and dry. They will not show up, and they will waste your time, causing further damage to your home!

      technician installed hot water heater and he damaged the electrical and then told us that we need a electrician because electricity not working. Tried to get someone from the company to come out and review what was done. They refused. We are going to have to take them to court.

      Scheduled water heater installation thru *********** Technician showed up and said I needed to replace door with ventilation or it wouldn't pass permit inspection. I changed the door and called back to reschedule. Eight calls and three weeks later with no returned calls, I found out thru my ********** app that they had canceled my order and never notified me. Poor customer service. I am still waiting for an explanation for why they did this. Also, the new company said I didn't have to replace the door, so DMI made me spend money on something I didn't need at all.

      Technician ******** from Delta Mechanical came out this morning to install two new toilets in our home and we could not be any happier with how they look in our bathrooms but especially with the amazing service he provided. He was friendly, polite, professional and extremely careful with protecting our home as he was installing the toilets and making sure he cleaned everything up after he was done. I highly recommend Delta Mechanical and do yourself a huge favor and ask for ******** for your installer.

      Was quoted a cost for installation that I agreed to for $936. The installer spoke with his boss and It was agreed that city fee can be waived. Next day I discovered that fee was not waived. Tried calling business numerous times and could not connect with anyone. Finally spoke with someone in administration who said she will take care of waiver of this fee Monday morning. Never heard back from this person and called billing ***** myself and was told she couldn't help me. Was transferred four more times to different departments and finally spoke to person who said that this waiver of fees was not permitted. What kind of company does not know how to deal with billing problems and wastes a persons' time and does not know how to connect with one department to another within its own company. Will not deal with this company again.
