      If you need an HVAC/plumbing company and Delta Mechanical pops up, based on my experience, run don't walk away. Without the worst company I have dealt with in years. I needed a water heater replaced and Delta is the company of choice for ********** so I thought heck must be good. I had called and gotten quotes from a couple of other plumbing companies in the ********/*************** area and then called Delta, they were a bit more expensive, but this has nothing to do with price. I expect to pay a bit more for a major company. I called and scheduled service and agreed no the water heater of choice. At that time, the *** checked and since I live in Yavapai County, they did not need to pull permits. OK, appointment time came and I got a call that Delta needed to cancel the appointment. Once. We made a second appt and it was clear to Delta that they needed to send two techs but only one showed who left me a number to Delta and drove away. Strike two. Third appt made and the tech showed up and said that Delta needed to pull permits. I called Delta and got two representatives on the phone and they debated for minutes between themselves if a permit was needed. No resolution. The disconnected and that was the last time I heard from Delta. All in all, this was more than a month waiting for service. Again, nothing about price but three appts made and nothing happened. Run away from Delta. Terrible company on multiple fronts.
