    We paid **** Fairchild nearly $35,000 for our gates and fencing. All he completed was the pool fencing and that wasn't complete. No caps and it started rusting within a month. Had to pay another company over $2k to get it up to quality. Have attempted payment on the rest (backyard fencing, 3 RV gates, 2 man gates) and was met with belligerence.

    We've paid the owner of Luxe Iron Studios, *******************************, $3,590.60 in 2022. Not only did he not complete the work, he has completely gone dark (not answering phone calls, e-mails or texts). We connected with **** Fairchild in June of 2022 seeking a quote for office doors. We met at our home shortly thereafter so he could measure our office door opening and learn more about what we wanted. He also recorded information so he could scope out a wine wall and front gate project. He seemed nice at first and did good quality work. When we decided to move forward with the office doors we paid the required deposit of $2,382.60 on 6/25/22. We then decided to add another feature, smartglass, which he said would be $1208, so we paid him that on 8/4/22. He had produced quotes for the wine wall which told him we were not moving forward with. He also provided a quote for the front gate. We were not quite ready to move forward with that project and he seemed very irritated about that. He became very pushy about paying that deposit and signing the paperwork to commit to the fence. In the meantime, we kept following up about our office door. He gave excuses after excuses about why it wasn't ready. My husband threatened to file a complaint with the ** and your office -- he then became very rude and said he would give us a full refund because he didn't want to work with us any longer. He claimed we "jerked him around" on the gate situation. I told him I understood and began coordinating the refund arrangement. He made promises to deliver a check several times, but never did. I made several attempts to get a hold of him until his phone was clearly shut off. It is now March 2023 and I have not received a refund or our office door. I tracked down the address listed on the BBB site and it was for his former attorney. They said they had dropped him as a client years ago and had been receiving several calls about this very issue. It appears he has been stealing money from people all over *******. I did noticed my invoice now says "The *************** which may be the new name he is operating under.

    We have a signed contract, paid $4800 deposit, and have receipt. Was told lead time on door was 12 weeks. After 14 weeks contacted **** Fairchild. He berated me and told me I have no idea how construction works. I requested my money back. He said your door is in the works as we speak. More lies.. now 24 weeks after the signed contract still no door and he refuses to refund deposit. Called my husband a dumb a** and told him to do a chargeback. We have contacted the merchant bank and will file with the Az AG

    Entered into a contract with Luxe Iron Studios for custom Interior ************* Doors on March 7, 2022. I paid **** Fairchild (owner) $2000.00 cash deposit and received a receipt. I was told that they would come to install my doors in 5-6 weeks (date on my receipts says May 6, 2022). The delivery and installation of my door has been scheduled 7 times, however Ive been either given excuses (truck broke down, something wrong with door, etc) or no call/no show. I have tried resolving this multiple times with the owner and have been more than patient and understanding when he says issues have come up, however he is now continuing to give me excuses that he doesn't have installers to install my door. I told him he could drop off the doors (since i paid $2000.00 cash deposit) and would pay him the remaining balance of $1610.00 upon final installation. I have tried calling and emailing the company many times with no answer. He will occasionally respond by text messaging or Instagram messenger however he has since blocked me on Instagram. I am beginning to think this is a fraudulent company with no intentions to deliver/install my doors. I told him i suspected him of fraud, and he is now saying that he will not install my doors, and if i want them he will drop them off but i would need to find a handyman or someone else to install my doors. This breaks my original contract that my doors will be delivered and installed. I either want a full refund of $2000.00, or my doors delivered and installed. If he delivers and install my doors, i am more than happy to pay the balance owed of $1610.00.

    Agreement and contract was signed on Feb 2, 2022 for double iron doors. The agreement was that the product would be made and installed within **** weeks. I paid 50% of the price which was $3508.92. After **** weeks I started emailing asking for updates where I was receiving a response telling me they were behind. In April, he told me he would stop by to take measurements and make a template. No one showed up. Since then I have been struggling to get a response. He finally responded in June and agreed to a refund which i have yet to receive. (The contract does state a refund can be made if fabrication has not begun). Again after multiple attempts to get the refund he called us back on July 11th (on July 11th we started calling and texting him instead of emailing) and told us he was behind and would have a plan to us by the end of the week. We were trying to work with him as he is a small local business that we would love to support but we need our money back. The last two attempts to contact him we texted with no response and phone call went straight to voicemail with a full mailbox.
