    we have had the same experience as all others here: took deposit ($3500), delivered nothing, endless excuses which we now realize were all lies. promised to refund our money. repeated requests for him to follow-up went unanswered. has now disconnected his phone numbers and has scrubbed himself from social media. we kept all text and email exchanges. this review is step 1 of legal action process.

    If I could choose 1 star I would. This is the worst company to ever deal with. Pay attention to his BBB and other reviews, **** is a scam artist and I do not think he runs an actual company. You may think you are getting a deal, word to the wise pay more from an actual professional. **** took our half payment in April, it took weeks and weeks of trying to get a hold of him, he never shows up. I even offered to give him more money to install the door because I knew I would just lose my deposit if I did not. ****** later when he finally did show up, he literally came by himself and put the door in half way, the only reason he showed up was because he was going on a trip to ******. Our door finally got installed somewhat, the then asked for almost all of his payment the next day stating he would comeback and finish. I am no fool, we refused to pay him he showed up 2 days later with men that he literally hired last minute from ******* to do the stucco. This was all after he said he needed another $1400 to finish the job. Now we have a cheap door k*** that does not have a hole drilled out to close it, we can only keep the door closed by a deadbold, this is also a barn door with no know to open the top.HUGE SCAM ARTIST, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

    Makes promise after promise and strings you along. Door was promised in **** weeks but ended up taking 24 weeks and only after threatening to take legal action. Door installed wasnt the right glass that I ordered but I just wanted this exchange over with so I settled for it. Owner left town before putting trim and calling pieces in place. I now have to find someone to come finish the job and am left with a door that isnt airtight and isnt even what I ordered. Owner demanded full payment or threatened to send to collections. Unbelievable!

    Scammer! Took our 50% deposit and never delivered product. Always said it's running behind or we are ready to install and then goes quiet. BE WARNED!! This guy needs to be stopped. File a complaint with the Attorney General.
