    Signed up for a switch from stream to satellite. Still waiting! Installer never showed up. Fortunately no money exchanged. Terrible and unprofessional!

    We unknowingly changed our Direct TV service thru DGM at the *** Fair. We have been extremely disappointed with every part of our transaction and will NEVER deal with this company again, in fact this whole situation has left us frustrated with Direct TV as well.

    Do not listen to their sales pitch, mostly lies or exaggerations. Was as the ** Strawberry Festival March 9th. They had a large area set up selling direct tv.They promised me that if we have any issues to call my personal # I will help you. We'll I have called and left message several days later no call. Called direct Global Marketing at the # at the bottom. Have called multiple time left multiple voice mails. They will not call u back. Called Direct TV they can't find an account. Said that I had 2 weeks to resind. Well I want to cancel but they will not answer. Beware!

    they miss represented directv at the home show in ******* in January **** nothing said was true. they will not answer the phone. I tried texting still no answer

    Do not do business with this company. I bought a Starlink system from them at the Big Tent show in ********** **. They said it was $900 including equipment, activation and the 1st months service. The next day, I was charged $150 from Starlink for the 1st months service on my credit card. I went back to them at the show and showed them the extra change. They told me they would credit back the $150. After several calls and text messages 3 weeks later, we have not received a credit. They have stopped returning calls or text messages.

    Do not do business with this company. They are a scam. They will never call you back. They will set up appointments for installation and they never show up and never call. It would be no stars but that was not an option.
