      If negative stars were an option, I would rate this location -5 stars. I ordered 4 Michelin Defender Tires on Wednesday of this week and requested their first appointment of the day on Friday. I was told 8:00AM was the earliest appointment. I incorrectly assumed this meant they open at 7AM. I should have checked. I showed up right at 8:00AM. My car was still sitting in the parking lot at 9AM, so I asked when they were going to get to it. The guy tells me they are bringing it back next. Great, so I left the store on foot...returned at 10:40AM, requested status...****, who was working the counter says - the tires are installed and it's up on the alignment rack. I say - so am I looking at another hour? He grumbles and starts cursing and walks into the shop. He comes back to then start complaining and cursing about another employee pushing all of his work until his day off. Super unprofessional and unwarranted. My car finally gets done at about noon. Then, I am told that due to factory settings, they couldn't complete the alignment, so I say, I shouldn't pay for it then. He says they "don't do that". I left, called the dealership to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive home...the kid doing the work had no clue what he was doing... RUN, DON'T WALK from this place.... will never be going back.
