  A great 2 years working with ***. Everyone I worked with was professional. *******, the finance manager assigned to me, was always kind and helpful. He went above and beyond. I would refer *** to anyone looking for amazing customer service.

  was with this company 14 Months And today they totally ripped me off never missed the payment not one me and my manager had an argument because I did not make my payment on Friday, October 4th and they were closed Saturday 5th and 6th Sunday over the weekend, I lost my phone so they couldnt get in contact with me.Monday and Tuesday! Wednesday I received a new phone I called on Wednesday to pay my car note that was due on October 4th and put my card on auto pay because I dont like how ****** talks to me . So of course he has the upper hand, he tells Gabby ! (Which is a man) I was late 5days( How? If yall closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which is not business days for the company) gabby immediately was combative and I know it was because he knew I spoke with ****** and me and him exchange words ! In the moment he stuck with ****** because its in house. They repo my car today, Thursday after I was trying to pay them on Wednesday $219 I was making my payments never missed a payment for 14 months I made a payment to this company and because my payment of 219 was three days late and I called them on the third day to pay it. They repo my car over 3days This was a sign of Male Ego and I called today I spoke to gabby he said they had already picked my Vehicle he ***** care About me having an autistic son that needed to get back-and-forth and that I am a mother of four my money wasnt Good And they didnt care about the money They didnt care about the business they wanted the control .Its gonna cost me way more than $219 To get another vehicle and they know that Because you have to have a down payment and insurance. SMH Do better 3 days All I can do is Laugh at **** . I will get Blessed one of the vehicle and I feel sorry for people that come after me is so unfortunate

  I wish i could give 0 stars. Everything was fine until ****** became my account manager. He is very rude! I dont see how he still has a job honestly. Its just that, a job, he acts as if he owns the cars we finance. They lied and said they contacted me about the insurance going up, and they tried to charge me more money. Any other time ****** is blowing my phone for being a day late on my car note, but not once did i receive a call, email, or text about the insurance going up. This company is terrible and got terrible employees. I will be going to the office this week to get my loan documents and i will be visiting the attorney general office because im sure they are doing things so wrong.

  DO NOT ever use this company. Spoke to acct manager explained my pay schedule is changing from every other week to semi monthly. They refuse to change draft days, and told me to pay more of the would red flag my account, and come pick up the car. I think the company is fraud and do illegal practices. Filing a complaint wherever I can.

  I was in the hospital and during that stay I was unable to pay my payment. Contacted my agent and explained the situation. I was waiting to make a payment or get permissionand 20 minutes later my vehicle was repo-ed. DO NOT ****** OR GET A LOAN AS THIEY ARE **** POOR LENDERS THAT GIVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR LIFE EVENTS.

  I as the others before me filing a complaint have experienced unethical buissness with this company. They towed my car from the job site I was currently working at because of complete misunderstanding that I will say was mostly my fault because when I went to pay online the date I seen for my first payment was not until a week later. I had just gotten paid and since I had the extra money I decided to pay a little ahead to make it less when it came time for my first payment. After contacting the company trying to right the wrong and resolve the issue in a very understanding manner. I was willing to pay what I owed and also pay extra for the cost of towing and any other expenses. The lady that I talked to the first day gave me a number of around what it would cost me to be able to get my car back. Then I call again after work and she then very rudely tells me that I cannot get the car back to come and retrieve my belongings. I call one last time the next day and speak with the main guy there he told me the same thing. But to me now I am set back over a thousand dollars and without Vehicle now over a hundred dollars and two days late..this seem like a good way for this company to get money out of people and get the vehicle back to just do it all over again from the next person. So I advised that no one ever use this company and that they have their company audited and revised to even be able to be running and open to the public. These are hard times right now for everyone and the last thing we need is another company that is a con artist and taking what little money from the hard worker to put into their greedy unethical pockets. Things like when someone is trying to right a wrong should be rewarded not ignored. This is why I can tell this company is a sketchy place to have had done buissness through.
