    On February 12, 2024 I was 40 days past due on car loan, 3 pays behind of $306 was gonna pay the past due to current Friday February 14, 2024, company came an report car on Feb 12, Company would not work with me in anyway, was never late on any payment for 6 months, actually paid all my payments a week early each time, Gabby was very disrespectful, unprofessional, rude an jus straight our a POS, definitely should not be working in this this field, absolutely no compassion what so ever! THIS MAN IS A POS HUMAN BEING!!!

    Constant threats of taking the car away. Even though we pay within the months we are never 30 days late. The excessive fees is another issue.

    Have had a car loan with them since July 2024, have made every payment but 1 on time and that payment was made with my mother's debit card cause I was waiting on a new one and weeks later without her consent they charged her card 400 for what I don't know but naturally she disputed the charge and blocked all future transactions from this company from debiting her account. I have receipts and bank statements proving I have paid my car payment every due date and I went to pay my note this evening and my portal says that I'm 719 dollars behind, 28 days late and 5 payments behind with a last payment date of 11/13/2024 which is 2 weeks ago and it wont let me make my payment cause my account is locked. Please explain the logic in that. These people are crooks

    In the beginning of October 2024 I needed a new transmission for my 2014 **** focus. To get the repairs started i had to pay ***** and the rest of the price would be on a payment arrangement that will start in December. I got my car back 2 weeks later and almost at the end of October. I'm a Caregiver so I need my car. I have been with PFG Funding for 2 years and continue to pay my payments as we speak. I had to take my car back last week because gas fuel was leaking out of my car, when I brought my car back they told me what it was the gas fuel and that basically it was my fault and I had to pay it whatever so I paid the 200 down and the rest of the payments would be on another payment arrangement since I didn't even have the 200 to begin with but again I need my car so I agreed and that was it I'll get my car back that next week. I called Wednesday to see when my car will be ready and someone new answered because the manager is on **** so he said the tech is finishing up now you can pick it up in 30 minutes okay, not even 20 minutes later the manager who is filling in for the real manager said oh they found that your coolant is leaking and you again have to pay that. I yelled and got very upset how ?? the car hasn't been in my Possession for a 2 weeks so that's not a me problem that's a you problem so after going back and forth they decided to eat the cost to the coolant so again they have my car til today and again on a payment plan they are now saying they won't release my car til I have 600 dollars for the other repairs when I filled out and signed a payment plan..... I have lost hours and days of work due to this. I'm a Caregiver so I take care of my Mother and other clients and due to my car I can't do that. I have asked for a rental or a loaner to get to work and they refuse. I also am experiencing emotional distress due to this. I JUST WANT MY CAR I PAY ****** EVERY 2 WEEKS. GIVE ME MY CAR

    I believe that PFG Funding/PFG Auto Finance has engaged in unfair practices that have negatively impacted my daughter as a first time car buyer. Failure to Provide Documentation: On May 8, 2024, I received a copy of my daughter's NOTICE OF CREDITOR PLACED COVERAGE from PFG listing her *** cost as $73.08 however, she'd been charged $79.17, while her contract lists the *** cost as $50. However, despite multiple requests, PFG has failed to successfully provide documentation of the *** charge increase notification said to have been sent to all eligible clients January 2024. As a responsible car owner, my daughter expects transparency and clear communication regarding any changes to her insurance costs. Discrepancy with Contract Terms:According to the contract signed, between PFG and my daughter, on November 28, 2023, the *** charge was explicitly stated as $50. Additionally, the contract required liability coverage to protect against the risk of physical damage. My daughter adhered to these terms by maintaining full and liability coverage insurance until April 11, 2024, yet PFG has been charging her $79.17 for *** since March 11, 2024.Financial Burden: The inflated *** cost places an undue financial burden on my daughter as a car owner. From November 28, 2023 until April 11, 2024, my daughter was already paying for proper insurance coverage in accordance to her contract and the sudden increase in *** charges is both unexpected and unjustified. Request for Resolution: I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter thoroughly. I urge PFG to provide the necessary documentation supporting the increased *** cost and to rectify the discrepancy between the contract terms and the actual charges as they have already agreed to credit the account with a refund for an overcharged amount of $237.51. I trust that your offices will take appropriate action to ensure fair treatment for young consumers like my daughter.

    On 1/31/24 was in a car accident, contacted this financial company that I was, tried to get the insurance on the vehicle that they place only to find out it wasn't insurance to drive. Only property insurance? The next day I called them back to ask more questions only to be talked to rudely and rushed off the phone. Asking for the documents from the accident. Only to find out the didn't retrieve the vehicle from the impound at this time. A week or 2 goes by no contact has been made by them. I call back asking why no one has picked up the vehicle? To that I was just urged to resend the information and rushed off the phone. Again, another couple weeks goes by and nothing from them. I call again asking about the next steps and asked about this recall letter I just received and how can I get someone to look at the car now I'm informed I need a police report in order for there insurance to file a claim? It took 2 months for this to happen.. that brings me to today 4/11/24, Where I have finally received the police report and now this company tells me I need to pay them $500 dollars deductible and $475 dollars for storage fees that they dropped the ball on. For a car they have already deemed totalled out. All because I didn't have insurance at the time of my accident. Which I thought I was paying through them. At no point in any of this were they transparent and truthful in providing upfront answers reaching out to see if I needed any assistance.. they changed the status to my credit as a repossession without notifying me back in February.

    i have asked for a modification on this loan and the rep who is working my account her name is *******, she refuses to be any help or any assistance, doesn't explain any resources to help bring my account current. I have recently started a new job and need the assistance so i can be on time and pay less interest on this account. I have been requesting this help for 6 months. i cannot get ahead due to the hardship i was in, changing jobs. on 2/29/24 I scheduled a payment online from my past due date on 2/23/24 for my payday which was 3/6/24 and the representative ******* called me 3/4/24 and threatened repossession she advised me she kicked the payment out of the system and refused to take my payment on my past due account because i had an upcoming payment on 3/8/24. she threatened repossession if both payments were not made. i explained i will be making one payment on 3/6/24 and another on 3/8/24 and she refused the payment on 3/6/24. She refuses to work with me to help bring my account current when i have had a modification where the company put a payment to the end of loan over a year ago. she refuses to put a member of leadership on the phone to work with me or give me other options. This is my second loan with this company in total i have been a member since 2020. I can afford the loan i just ran into a hardship and i am not getting any options. I feel hopeless and worried my vehicle will get repossessed due to the threatening conversations and the unreasonable request for money outside of my paydays. i need my vehicle to get back and forth from work and take my children to school.

    I purchased a **** Focus from ***** Dodge.Chryslerwith $1000 down. I drove off the lot with the understanding that everything was good.Received a letter a few days later stateing that my loan was denied.A representive of PFG called and asked me if I had insurance,which I replied yes. A week later I received a call stateing that my loan was in default.I explained that I never got a payment date.I offered to pay what I owed and additional months payment in advance.They said no.just wanted the car back.I requested for a refund and was told no as well.

    So August 2021 was having issues with my ** in my vehicle that I am financing through PFG funding my fans went out so it was causing my vehicle to overheat called PFG funding because my vehicle was still under warranty so they could fix it they replaced the fans with the remanufactured unit not even a year later started to have problems with it again my vehicle started to overheat and started to burn plastic of the unit that they replaced call them up they had my vehicle towed to the shop they kept it for two weeks did not provide any rental car did not replace the fan unit just replaced the module unit it was melting in a memory chip that they got from a remanufactured Company in a couple of other items as fars chips or something ** was still not working properly in my vehicle it would go hot and cold been communicating with them to get it fixed theyve been just giving me the runaround September 6 ************************************************************************************************************************** to take it to the dealership to get it looked at arrived to the dealership spoke to an advisor as I was on the phone with Pfgs shop manager The advisor from ****** was saying that the ** is not working properly that they would need to keep the vehicle to figure it out Pfg did not want to provide a rental car so I could leave it there until they figure it out the air was coming out real musty once I had left the dealership it made a weird noise and started to throw out nothing but hot air and started to overheat so I called PFG fundings service Department right away once I have pulled over my vehicle because it started to smell like something was burning again like last time so I left my ** off and was able to drive my vehicle home so then one of Pfgs fundings tow truck company came the next day to pick up the vehicle to take it to the shop Which was Wednesday September 7 2022 Ive called multiple times to see if anybody has taken look at it
