    DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this place! Even if you are in desperate need of a vehicle. I have been very patient with them. They do not disclose all information until after you sign your contract. The are not PROFESSIONAL at all! The vehicles are overprices and SALVAGED. Despite the fact I went back a week later...they kept giving me the run around. No where in their contracts is there a return policy like any other "normal" dealership. Lots of shady business! DO BUY FROM THEM...take UBER. Trust me. I am seeking legal actions against them.

    The manager will not respond back every time I call they say she not there I need my car fixed I have been back four times for the same problem I also took a paper from auto zone why my check engine is on they said they did the work but took it back because check engine was on and auto zone said same thing its you catyilac converter. I dont believe anyone of there mechanic are licensed or know what there doing I have warranty and I feel they are engorging the problem till it expires not good business dont buy a car from them.. three weeks and manager still hasnt returned my voicemail

    I contacted the deal ship about exercising my TILA rights which in my contract states if I dont exercise my right now I can in future once I did the sales man was ****** cussing and threating me and saying he will tow my car and my credit will go to s*** those where his exact words so asked him for all our communicate be through mail or email because of how disrespectful he was be and he told me its in my contract he doesnt have to this car lot believes consumer law dont apply to there dealership

    Terrible!!! ******, my new account manager, turned my car off on Friday DESPITE the fact I made prior arrangements with my old account manager. So I lost out on making money that weekend. The idiots still send me emails/ texts/ calls asking if they can help in anyway to call them to make arrangements. ****** still will not turn my car on. I had no problems with the company until they gave me ******. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! TAKE MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

    This used auto dealer ,advertises all you need is ****** down, even with bad credit,well I have ****** to put down my credit score is 647 and I have less than ***** in debt and they told me due to my credit I would need ***** to ***** down,Talk bout false advertisement.This is after they ran my credit and everything looked good,they asked if I was ready for them to call even .They do not honor what they say

    Had the car for just over a month and literally the worst experience ever first they said the had a referral program and you get a 400 dollars my cousin got he car 5 days after me and they told her it would be 2 weeks for me to get my referral when it actually took a month because the rep who sold my cousin the car didnt do her job almost my car is turned after I made my payment when I call to ask why my car is off they said its showing on, on their side and to call the service center which number doesnt even ring I will be working on it my bank to get my back as I paid my car note and its off I will be surrendering this car and just take my lose I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again

    This company sold me a car with a salvaged title. I can not get the car fixed by anyone but them. They ignored my calls and messages for 4 months after which my warranty expired. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the finally called me back. Once I surrendered the vehicle to them as they promised to fix it and work with me on payments since I only owe 8000 more on the car and haven'tmissed one payment. They are now threatening me with repossession of a vehicle they already have in their possession to fix but expect me to pay for it. I only missed this month's payment because they are not handling me or the situation professionally. Do not purchase from them they are frauds. The worst place I have ever dealt with. I am seeking legal action against them.

    To Whom It May *********************** our contract there are three different documents stating that the vehicle they are purchasing is a "Restored Salvage ******", they do require a signature to be able to go on with the contract. A Restored salvage title means that the vehicle was involved in a collision at one point. Anyone can fix this vehicle. We do offer a warranty of ****** miles or 2 years, whatever comes first, which she excided.  We have no record of customer bringing the vehicle for any type of service. Now there's no more warranty of the vehicle, meaning we don't have the obligation to fix the vehicle. ***** decided to go the legal way and we just stepped back. Whenever our customer run out of warranty, sometimes we are able to help with repairs and adding the fees to their acct with Desert Finance LLC. We did offer this option to ***** but she wanted repairs for free. The car got repoed and now is on 10-day hold meaning will be close soon. If Customer want this vehicle fixed at our shop we can always help and add repair to acct in payments. She can Call me at ********** I can arrange repairs and payments.

    This company sells cars to desperate buyers but fail to tell them the cars are restored salvaged titles. I have never been able to pass emissions to get the car registered because of its issues. The costumer service is online so good luck getting help with anything. Also the mechanics dont have a direct phone number. They will call from blocked numbers which is irritating because there is no way to call back. In conclusion Ive paid this car up to date in hopes of fixing my credit but I still am illegally operating this car if it werent for loopholes I know through state laws. This company needs to be audited.
