  RUN!!!!!!!! This is the worst dealership Company in the world and their finance company is full of scammers and liars 2 birds with one stone. and they call themself Account managers lol A joke they can't even manage your account there just there to collect payments and that is all nothing more or less. My very first car i got from them the engine started overheating within 4 weeks OF ME HAVING THE **** NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE WHEELS WERE SHAKING VERY VIOLENTLY when I was driving on the freeway to get the car serviced after trying to get the car serviced for week and the tire just flew off as i was driving on the freeway i was so scared for my life i was in the *** lane with my kiddos in the car. I called them and told them what happened and they told me they would take care of it. now my car was on the left so the police came and impounded it. due to it being on the left side of the highway! but the reason why it happened was due to the car not being serviced When I had and tried to schedule the service weeks in advance and also went up there to the mesa location and got denied service for my car after I had bought it from that location SCAM!!!!!!!! you will save so much time and energy and Money! Please stand clear !!!!!!!!! now they have added the impound fees to my balance which is insane after they asked me if they can add the fees to my balance and i informed them i would not be paying the fees due to not even having the Car for a month and it's already consistent issues. Car is still overheating and and now the ac dont work and and now i am still paying for a car that's is unstable and unsafe to use. these two companies take advantage of people so bad and they do it with a smile on there face. talking about garnishing my wages for a car that is not even driveable it is disgusting how they treat people in the company! they need to be stopped ASAP. Huge SCAM I will post this message daily on the website and every review site they have i will do this daily.

  I just bought a car 12/15 the car has a my key feature on it. Restricts the cars mileage, cant turn the volume up past a certain level, also cant listen to certain stations on the radio. I shouldve looked at all these reviews before I even went there but I was desperate and needed a vehicle. I called the number on the service desk to voice my concerns and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would have to call me back. The woman who called me back was named ******* she was rude didnt let me express my frustration kept over talking me and then said for me to bring the car to ****. I live 5 mins from the ******* location. I feel like I may have bitten off more than I can chew. I work in customer service. She has no compassion. When I asked for her boss she said there was no one over her and that she reports to no one. I honestly wish I could take the car back.

  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR FINANCE COMPANY, *******************, which are one in the same. They will sell you a vehicle with a salvage title at a 300% mark up, then finance you with their finance company. Who will turn your car off if payment is not made on the day it is due. They do not care if your bank card was lost or stolen or cancelled. They will disable your vehicle the very same day! Don't be fooled with with there gimmick of $500 down & drive! You will be putting more down on that down payment in your 1st 10 payments. Which means that your bi-weekly payments will be about $400. Do the math that is $800 per month for a vehicle that is only worth about $2500 bluebook but was sold to you for about $16-18k. I would love to see this company and ******************* be shut down! Shame on them for taking advantage of people who find themselves in tough spot. Trust me doing business with them will only make times tougher. Save up an extra $500 & do business else where!

  The worst place I have ever had to deal with. I have now had the car for 6 months and have been in here once a week since they replaced my f****** engine. Engine keeps coming on and I have to keep wasting my time every f****** week to take it back in. I have tried numerous times to contact a manager anyone who gives a s*** but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I know about the lemon law and as of right now I will be contacting a lawyer to discuss if there is anything that can be done. A brand new engine and still nothing can be fixed! This place is soooo not worth it. Should have just sucked it up and saved money and bought a car on the side of the road. Would have prob been way less money, hassle and prob wouldn't be taking it to the mechanic every f****** day to every week. Everytime I leave the check engine light comes back on between 5 minutes to 24 hours. Still putts like it's going to stop running and have been saying that for a month now but he says it's fine. It's not fine. It never did that before. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!! Seriously save yourself before you get screwed!!!!

  Horrible dont do it, scams you out of money, makes you pay for insurance on there end car always falling apart and breaking repairing one thing after another owing 20k on a used car

  I should have known from all the negative reviews. They claim this "500 down and drive" but when you get there, all of a sudden you don't qualify and they want 3x that amount down. Plus their APR is ****% which is absolutely ridiculous! On a $19,000 loan you would pay almost $10,000 in interest and your car payment should be close to $600 (48 month loan). They claim to help those with credit issues but are in fact taking advantage of them. Glad I didn't "qualify!" What a joke.

  The say 500 down but its only on select autos. It's a bait and switch that the use because all of sudden a $400 payment is $800 and a balloon payment of $1000 . also the forget to mention until you get there that the cars are all salvage titles.

  This place *****, only had the car for 4 months and already taken into service 9 times!! And I was asked to pay 310 but then get charged 75$ for i dont know what reason but they had shut it off until I had paid it off so yeah.

  This place is a scam! The dealership and finance company are owned by the same person. They sale and finance cars that are not safe. This company needs to be investigated for ethical misconduct and Im sure there are a ton of violations. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! This place needs media attention and I guarantee a class action lawsuit would be filed.

  So I have a vehicle that was repossessed. I talked to ***** and we negotiated new terms since my vehicle is almost paid off. I comply with those terms last Thursday (8/3) and still dont have my vehicle back. The contract states that my next payment is due 8/22 but they are holding my vehicle and refusing to give it back to me.
