    Omg I have an appointment here Tuesday I dont think I am gonna make it I dont need a another s*** show I am glad I read the reviews i am probably gonna stay on public transportation since someone ran into me with no insurance or get my truck fixed and Jpay deductible but Hail naw I am not comeing here yall Tuesday ??????????

    The service is terrible. They was my friends when it was time for me to get the vehicle. Now I need services they lied and say they call me when they never did. The car has been there since 8am until 5 PM. I had to take a Uber. The Brakes was never repaired after sitting all **** day .*******

    They offer a ************ that the call service doesn't off to Blacks. The sales people in person told me to call a manger and let her know what happened because I walked from Price in ***** on ******************************************************** a pick up and they said they don't offer that service. When I told the manager ***** she said that I could have been a kidnapper and I'm a stranger and she's not going to put one of her employees in the car with me. That was ***** response instead of saying I'm sorry they didn't offer but we will next time. I got 0% customer service. Then she wondered why I called her a racist who wouldn't after those comments above. Then after doing my application when I called someone said nobody is in the system with my name just a ***********************. This ********************* that call and even she said she doesn't know why they said that but she had 0% respect for me on the phone. I told her I was at work and couldn't speak and she even said you only been on the phone 6 min . My job doesn't pay me to talk to her. She literally ruined my day.

    This company knows about the lemon law so they base the way they do business around it they are STRAIGHT SCAMMERS Ill be calling an attorney every 1 out of ****************************************** suggest that you do follow through they expect poor people not to! Thats why theyre preying on folks that dont know much and just need a car. Beware its a scam

    Recently purchased a vehicle was not aware of it being a savage title vehicle.reach out to schedule appt for service went there the system was down. Once I was able to get car to dealership they kept it for a day and another full day told me to pick it up they would be close..THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ****, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING A COMMISSION, me and my children have been stranded, missing appts, unable to make it to work. I was told by one of the workers to catch the bus, Uber, or Lyft. If that was the case why would I purchase a vehicle. I should have know this company was nothing good when I went to another one of their dealerships and test drive a *** and it sounded horrible. Something needs to be done to put an end to dealerships getting over and not caring what they sale someone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK LET ME GO SOMEWHERE THAT WOULD APPRECIATE MY SERVICES AND CARE ABOUT SAFETY.. The crazy thing is when I was in there another young lady was going threw the same thing ITS SAD THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS BUT SOMETHING HAS TO GET DONE.. Now they have it for the second time and Im still unable to get around but from the words of their workers they dont care

    I have came up here 3 times to see if they can put on a bolt which he informed they will but went to lunch not only that sold a salvage vehicle to me and I asked them was this a salvage vehicle.

    Don't go through this company. They have a kill switch on your call. If you are a minute late after midnight your car is off. The engine mount broke off on my car. They took a week. And told me I can not complain everyday. The managers are rude. And don't know anything. If you are gonna keep a car that long a loaner car would be nice. They told me it's my job to find a way to work. Hello. Why do you think people buy cars. For the amount of money I am paying. You would think things will be smoother. The manager say you didn't get an oil change. Yeah because you guys keep the car for a week

    I didn't have a choice but this establishment gets NO STARS. Purchased car in Oct in 4 months the car has overheated & heater doesn't work. While waiting 6 hrs for an oil change & a new fan 5 customers walked in with similar complaints. Car not working properly yet they state they fixed the issues. I don't even think they are certified mechanics. DO NOT SHOP OR GO HERE FOR REPAIRS.
