On August 17,2022, national first response was canvasing the neighborhood for roofing problems. I had them check my roof for any wind damage since I found a shingle on the ground. Two men came to the door. ******************************** along with his partner checked the roof for damage and said they would take photos of any damage. After 20 minutes I went to check on them and found ******* pulling up a section of my shingles ..(.only wish I had a camera ). I said to him quote...."I wish you had not pulled those shingles up like that". His response was quote..."they'll settle back down again". HIs partner said nothing. After they left I checked my roof and found about 8 broken shingles and displaced sections of shingles. I have a composite shingle roof and photos of my roof showing NO SUCH DAMAGE that were taken earlier this year. I want the BBB to contact this company and help get my roof returned to its original condition BEFORE this company willfully and in a calculated way destroyed my roof . I will contact the company this morning to complain. I also think the BBB should remove their A+ rating for this company !! They don't deserve it by using such UNSCRUPULOUS methods. Please contact me ASAP.
