A salesman from this company, named *****, knocked on my door and ignored 2 no soliciting signs. I answered the door, informed him of the signs and asked him to leave. He continued trying to give his sales pitch. When I interrupted him, told him we weren't interested in any solicitors, he again ignored me and began his pitch again.I then informed him that I wanted him to leave my property and they he was trespassing. He refused to leave the property and began arguing with me. I asked him 2 more times to leave my property which he also refused. I then walked outside, took a picture of his license plate and called the non emergency police line. I informed him that was what I was doing and he began cursing at me. He used multiple expletives and tried to block me from taking a picture of his company cars license plate.I've filed a police report against the company and I'd suggest not working with companies who's employees don't respect peoples privacy or requests to leave property when instructed to do so over and over again.

I personally had a horrible experience with this company. They had told me I would not need to come out of pocket with any money for the entire project. Their company came inside and took down a large portion of my living room where there was damaged drywall. This was done in February. They also brought in two large machines to dry out the walls. After several months of negotiating my insurance paying for the whole entire project, they then sent me a bill in June for almost $3000 for tearing apart my livingroom. I received the bill on a Tuesday and by Friday they were contacting me harassing me for payment claiming that this bill was due since February although I had never received anything until June. At that time, I did pay my portion and asked them to come and pick up their large machines out of my living room. Then once the roof was complete, I was told that I would have to have all the drywall work and baseboards and tile replaced myself. Once I hired my own company to do the work, I was also informed they broke the ** pipe that comes down to my living room. It was all bent, and in need of replacement. My drywall company also informed me that they removed much of my baseboard that did not need to be replaced and they cut the drywall completely on and made it very difficult for repair. I absolutely 100% do not recommend this company and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!! ********

    Dear *************,

I am truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and regret that it did not meet your expectations. I am, however, pleased that we were able to get your entire roof covered by your insurance carrier.

Our records indicate that we dedicated numerous hours negotiating with your insurance carrier regarding the scope of work. We were able to successfully negotiate and complete the roof portion of the project in a timely manner, with the installation taking place in April after your solar company detached the solar panels.

Unfortunately, we were not able to secure coverage for your interior repairs. Had we proceeded with those repairs, it would have resulted in out-of-pocket expenses for you. We invoiced your carrier at the end of February for the mitigation work performed, and our records show that your carrier paid you the exact amount we invoiced for that work. If this is not the case, please let us know so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.

Additionally, our records show that we invoiced you only the amount your carrier approved for the roof. If this is incorrect, please inform us so we can make the necessary adjustments to your invoice.

I apologize for the oversight of leaving our equipment in your home for an extended period. This was an error, and I am reviewing our processes to ensure it does not happen again. We will also provide further training to our staff on industry management practices.

All our mitigation staff are trained in IICRC best practices, and any removal of building materials was conducted with your best interests in mind. If we caused any damage to an AC pipe, we would be more than happy to investigate and reimburse you for any related repairs. Please send us pictures and an invoice for those repairs, and we will address the issue promptly.

Feel free to reach out to me directly with any concerns or questions. You can contact me at ************.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for not providing the exceptional customer experience we strive to deliver.

     Best regards,

When a microburst ripped the roof off my house during the monsoon season, National First Response was at my place within minutes after my frantic call. They put on a temporary roof cover; then proceeded to work with the claims adjuster re repairs, costs, and time frame. Their staff was always kind and patient is with me. The owner assured me in the beginning that he would take care of me, and he did.

Conne, We are so glad we were able to met your expectations in your time of need. Thank you for trusting us. Your job was one for the books for sure. When I tell people that your roof ripped off, they don't really comprehend until I show them the pictures. Its not often in Arizona that the entire roof, truss and all come of all at the same time. Enjoy being back in your home The *** Team
