    We had an Ac unit installed 3 years ago with a 4 year warranty. The tech recommended a unit that turned out to be too small for our house, He also said to use a 30 amp service. We needed a 50 amp service. This mistakes caused the computer to blow up after 3 years, **'S told us the compressor was warranted but not the labor. For them to replace the compressor would be $1600. The entire unit with ducts, heat pump, and thermostat only cost $2400. We wanted to get just the compressor and have another certified tech install it. **'S said "no". We had to use them or call the manufacturer ourselves. The brand name was not on the unit, The name was not on any of the paperwork we were given. Their rep would not even look up the information for us. So we decided to pay them to do the work even though we were not happy with their work. and their rep said "no." They refused to do the job at all because we were unreasonable. My partner was very calm, their rep was rude and argumentative. I left a one star rating but they do not deserve even this,
