      CONSUMER Complaint by ************************* Blue Ribbon/Brick Paver Specialists, LLC contracted * completed, on 6/16/21, a project to install brick pavers * (10) Led lights adjacent to our driveway. The owner, ******************* also offered a limited lifetime warranty on this project inclusive of unlimited free sealant any time.One of the costly ($81.99) led lights quit working, also we noticed that a section of the brick work was sinking and the project was in need of resealing during July of 2022. **** came to our home on 9/19/22 and made no attempt to mention or look at our issues, but only to say that if we would schedule another pricey project with him, he could repair any issues within two (2) weeks.Meanwhile, we had sent numerous requests, the month prior, by phone * via the Contact portal of Blue Ribbon/Brick Paver Specialists LLCs ******** ************** ******** address requesting a Date Certain when those aforementioned needed repairs * re-sealing could be done. As Senior Citizens we can only hope that our repairs might be done in our lifetime?Finally, we spoke via conference call to both *************************** * ******************************* Manager) on 9/22/22 concerning our issues.Both **** * ****** continually advanced a myriad of Gaslit excuses as to why their Website contact portal, ******** ***** ******** * telephone were unreliable and were delaying their response time. They both claimed to have **Mailed us numerous times, none of which we ever received. We even sent them test **Mails while we had them on the phone which they admitted immediately receiving.Apart from Blue Ribbon/Brick Paver Specialists LLCs seemingly bogus communications problems our intent is simply to get a DATE CERTAIN when we can have our LED Light repaired or replaced, the re-sealant applied and the sinking brick work repaired.Neither *******************, ******* * ***********************, (Office Manager) will acknowledge or assist us in this matter.
