Hello,I'm writing this because unfortunately Big O in PAYSON has been consistently providing really really astonishingly poor service over the last couple years. Where do I begin?1) I've caught your staff not rotating my tires. I had to drive back to the shop and tell them.2) Your staff didn't properly balance my tire after a flat tire. Steering wheel was shaking. Pretty dangerous. Again, I had to make another appointment just to have your staff fix it.3) On several occasions I've caught your staff OVER inflating my tires to 40 PSI. Tires are supposed to be at 33 PSI according to the door jam. This is pretty dangerous as well.4) Awhile back, one of your staff members, recommended I have my discs and pads replaced. I scheduled an appointment to have this done. Once I arrived, a different employee was like wait, "Your brakes look great, There's about 60% left." I never got an apology. I'm not sure how you can have staff members can be that inconsistent.5) Recently (a couple months ago) I finally did have my brakes done. Apparently, your staff forgot to tighten an important bolt on the rear caliper. Big O giving my car back to me this way was very very dangerous. I literally had no functioning rear brakes as a result. Again, had to make another appointment. Had to have them fix it.8) I had tires with a 60k warranty with Good Year. They were done after about 30K. However your staff didn't want to help me make a warranty claim with the tires... My tires were always rotated at Big O and I had all my records.9) I got a $400 estimate for transmission fluid flush... I got three other estimates all at $175 10) There's even more mistakes but I ran out of room. I left a note with all these mistakes with your front office. They didn't say anything. I would like to talk to the owner or regional manager. I don't want to talk to any of the staff there... they clearly don't care.
