    ****** took my calls, I called for three weeks attempting to have the tires for my car found so I could have all four replaced. I could get them via Amazon but ****** at Big O Tires in ****** ** warned me it would cost more to have the tires mounted if I bought them somewhere other then from them. In addition they would not be eligible for free air and repair if I had any damage. She told me it would cost ****** I told her my addition came to ****** and asked her to explain the overage. She would not do that. Therefore, I told her I would like to make the appointment and then the price can be verified in person because I am terrible understanding numbers and needed help. They rushed in in when I got there, your keys mame and then they were mounted in two hours. I asked when I was to pay to see the invoice he asked, before or after you pay, I said, after, I mean the tires are already on right? I noticed I was charged ***** for freight. I told her I did not want to pay shipping as I could bring tires from Amazon free ship! They charged for mount balance, and on top also labor almost ****** and parts another ***** in the invoice there were other parts charged. To me it seems like double charges with different headings or categories! What is included in mount and balance of not labor? Why are parts charged in the invoice and then separately again in the end!? I do not get it. I have an open case with customer service corporate. I hope to resolve this but ****** stated I was upset due to ***** freight charge. She is being dismissive. There was another customer there while I waited for my car who was so upset he yelled and the police were called. I was afraid that *** happen if I was upset so I kept my composure. I do believe they have some invoices that need to be taken a good look at. ****** said to me well, I could have just padded that freight charge into the bill and you would have never seen it! I asked, are these cameras recording vocal she said um!
