      I ordered from this company and after some hindsight, tried to call the number to cancel. No actual business voicemail, phone rang and rang, trying to contact through email however theyre not responding now after responding and lying about when I called. I looked up the address and it is a chase bank. I also have seen other reviews saying they never received their product. If I just placed the order this company should try to work with me to cancel. And they are avoiding.

      Hello, 

      we are online dental lab. I do not share our suite number for the safety of our staff. I was in a meeting when ***** had called and emailed me multiple times. I was not able to respond in that moment. I refunded her after I was able to respond. We do have an office here in ******* and we do provide a service for our customers. We have completed over 500 online cases. We now have a voicemail for our customers to leave messages. Im sorry I was able to respond in that moment, but we are very busy. I dont understand what the real issue is, ***** was refunded right away. Customers are able to speak to me over the phone anytime. In fact, we are the only online business where you can actually talk to someone. ***** isnt even a customer, shes just trying to make this into something we are not and I dont appreciate that. We provide email, that I respond to. We provide  phone number we respond to. Just because I was not able to answer in that moment, does not mean it is not legit company.
