      I've had way to many communications with this company. Has taken forever to receive my retainers. Not happy. Not good business. They claim they are back up with orders. If they are so backed up they need to quit taking orders.

While we understand the suggestion to stop taking orders when backed up, doing so would significantly impact our ability to serve all our clients and sustain our business. Instead, we are continuously working to improve our turnaround times and communication.Were glad we were able to offer you and your daughter a Free set of clear retainers and provide a Free custom soldered C-clasps set to better support your daughters retainers. Its important to us that our customers feel cared for, and we go above and beyond, including working late nights and weekends, to meet that standard.Ive personally spoken with you multiple times and expressed our apologies, and I want to reiterate again that we truly value your business and patience.       Received wrong retainer that cost me $183....had a upgrade for an extra $100 for upper dental piece ....had called many times ...left messages....no return phone call.....left email requests...no reply....wanted extra $100 back or upgraded order....recommending to try a different company or take your chances of getting ripped off.
