    My main toilet was clogged. ****** came out on January 18 to unclog it.He was there less than 20 minutes and charge me $225. I had a $39 coupon which he would not take because he said he already gave me all discounts in that price. Three days after he left the toilet start having problems flushing. It flushed very slowly, by the third week, it stopped flushing altogether. I told them the problem and they said that they gave no warranties. I would definitely not recommend this company. They are overpriced and do not stand by their work. Sincerely ***********************************.

    We came out, gave the cost to unclog the toilet (which customer agreed to and signed for before any work began), completed the job, collected payment, and left.

    Customer called us nearly a month later complaining of on-going issues with the toilet.

    Almost all of our work is warrantied for a full year. We do not warranty toilet clogs because it could be caused by a hundred different things outside the plumber's control. However, we would have been happy to come back out for free and take a look to see what was causing the reoccurring issues. We offered customer a free visit to do just that and customer declined.

    Despite no wrong-doing on our behalf in any way shape or form, we still decided to refund the customer's money in full.
