  Plumber that came out was very polite. However I was quoted a much lower price over the phone before they came out, than what was charged. Also they stated they give a 10%military discount but was not given that discount upon payment. Then as he was leaving he mentioned additional work that I should have done and was quoted over $1000 for the repairs. Too bad the business/money side of this company doesn't match the service of their plumbers or this would be a great company.

  Hello: We do not give any quotes over the phone. Ever. Also we dont know the full extent of repairs needed until we start looking in to things. We always give recommendations on what may need to be fixed right away, what can wait, and what might be in the future.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Came out to fix a water heater. Quoted almost 10k for a 1k water heater under full warranty. Then went on to explain he usually does his work in an older community near where we live. Disgusting that they are robbing people. Do not use this company!

  In 23 years we have never quoted a water heater for $10k. Also we have no customer record under your name. Perhaps you have the wrong company?

  I called to have my bathroom tub spout service on 5/3/23. The guy told there's good news and bad news , the good news was he didn't need to open walls, the bad news was it would cost me $200, I said that I couldn't afford that at this time and " he yalled at me and said what you me to do , do it for free", I was taken back by his disregard and told him he was very unprofessional Then he said then you give me a price , I explained that I have know Idea that is why I called a professional, he kept asking me to give him a price and he would can call his boss and see if he would consider. I walked away into my kitchen then returned telling him that I would not be using is service , he replied saying we were done , I agreed I called the off and spoke with the manager who made the appointment told her about my experience, and her that I never ask for free service at anytime and she agreed and wanted to speak with him but he had left. She apologized and said she would let her boss know, she also offer to send another guy out and offer $25 off my service. I told her I was to upset and ended the call.

  When given the price of $200, you proceeded to swear and yell at **************. And quite frankly, $200 was below the going rate for the service.

  Superior work. Lowest bid. I had pipes replaced to my kitchen sink. **************** was the only contractor who went into my unimproved attic, crawled around and developed a plan before giving me a quote. He actually improved on the plan eliminating the need for drywall repair with a clever piece of finessing.

  Had the plumber guys come out and install a new tub and 2 new shower valves. First of all they installed the tub wrong even after I had my tile guy tell *** exactly where it needed to go his response was I know where to put it I do it all the time and them installed it wrong. Then after they leave and my shower has been tiled I noticed the hot water valve on heater is closed so I go to turn it on and water is spraying behind the wall from the hot water line. They then try and tell me it's my tile guys fault even though everything had been demoed before they came and did the work. They should have made sure the hot water line was on before testing.

  We came out on 12/20 and 12/27 to perform work. Tested the main water line both days. No leak. You called us saying there was a leak. We came out on Jan 16th. We found the leak was coming from a cut on the line which looked like a saw blade hit it. We did not do any demolition work on this job. No saws were used. Your tile guy also performed work on this shower after we were done.Your tile guy clearly cut the line causing the leak. Since we were already on site, we did repair the issue for you, which took 3 hours. And now refusing to pay.

  I learned that THE PLUMBER GUY took advantage of my elderly parents who reside in Surprise. They spent over $1000 for a leaking kitchen faucet. This business conduct is deeply shameful.

  There was more that was involved than simply fixing a leaky faucet. We explained all options available to them and allowed them to decide. We are very upfront and honest and value all of our customers. I apologize you feel our pricing was too high. We are always right in the middle with our pricing......not too high, and not the cheapest. But we always provide quality work without cutting corners.
