Wonderful to have your vehicle towed by *** and then now that they dont wanna take responsibility or accountability for their actions for damaging my vehicle worth thousands of dollars In the event of taking my car to a repair shop, they dropped it off at the wrong location and then deny responsibility, accountability or responsibility for the damages cause due to drop off

Hard for me to write this review but this needs to be said. AAA itself is not the greatest, the only shining spot is the tow truck drivers. The drivers are the most courteous people out there. The company as a while, not so much. The app goes down all the time, and I got hassled just because I wanted a windshield quote. I thoroughly despise talking to a person on the phone because they will always give you a pressure sale. And dont ever mention to them their app isnt working, they hate that and will tell you so. Its sad what *** has become since my grandfathers day. **************** and pressure sales teem on here now

It's way too expensive now! Difficult to find reviews on ******. Deceiving their members by limiting those reviews! I would love to know the real truth in customer satisfaction

This review is about ****** at the ********* Arizona branch. ****** was rude, arrogant, lazy, and unprofessional. When I asked if AAA offered certain coverages that my current insurance does, she denigrated them and said they couldnt possibly be real, solely because she had never heard of them. There were some other things she said that were rude and unprofessional.I spoke with my agent, and these coverages are real, which she would have known if she had done some research on ***** took me less than 5 minutes to find the information. Also, she would not go through my entire policy and compare what I currently have and see if AAA offered the same and can do it for less.I have had other insurance agents willing to do it.She pestered me to switch, and when I explained to her why not, she refused to acknowledge it or apologize.

Called the aaa insurance and asked for a quote for insuring 2 vehicles. Just the two vehicles. After receiving a quote and setting a date to begin coverage I asked if the price given to me is just for the 2 vehicles. I proceeded to reiterate that just 2 vehicles, the agent sent me a 2nd quote, $122.00 higher stating that because I was not bundling the 2nd quote reflected that. I made it quite clear, (I have the email trail) that I only wanted two vehicles insured. Raising the price at the end is deceitful and willfully stealing. Adding the higher amount is bait and switch and is unlawful. Should not have to hold their feet to a fire to get honesty. This is just awful dealing with a customer.

I pay for roadside assistance that includes motorcycle coverage. I have had a couple of flats and needed a tow. Each time I called, I made it VERY clear I needed a flatbed tow for a motorcycle. Both times they they dispatched a driver that could not pick up a motorcycle, thus delaying assistance for an extra 2-4 hours. Updates were not provided in a timely manner. When I called back for help, agents acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I am completely dissatisfied with my experiences with AAA.

Had 5 star service through AAA emergency roadside service. Called vs. using the app. Friendly service representative. I was surprised when response time was only 15 minutes! Service tech, Salam, came to change my flat tire. He was professional, friendly and did an awesome job. Showed me what was in my tire and he was right, I needed to completely replace my 2 week old tire! He then put the damaged tire into a bag for me and loaded it into my car. Thank you Salam for the great service! Also, at the same location, the **********************, shortly afterwards, I saw another tech changing a tire for another customer in the parking lot. In speaking with her, she was equally happy with the *** employee who helped her.

On Nov 15th, as I drove on I10 between exit 270 and 273, I experienced a tire blown out. Quickly, I called AAA to request a tow service. After 4 hours, I was told the tow truck is coming. Soon followed with another call from *** stating the trucker has to repond to a police call and there was no estimated arrival time. By that time, I was strained on I10 for 4+ hours on a cold night with Tesla battery running very low. Later, I felt my live is in danger, I called 911 and highway patrol told me they will contact tow company and I'll need to pay for the tow. Shortly after, ******** called to offer other tow company for my request, Soon afterwards, she found out I called 911 and highway patrol called same tow company. After that, tow trucker came in about an hours and I was strained on the shoulder of I10 for 7 hours. It is nightmare scenario for anyone and hoping AAA willl have better mechanism to catch a request with prolonged wait time and provide assistance in the timely manner.

1st, my family, in one form or another, have been a *** member since 1940. Always trusted them. Well that all changed when I tried to get a battery replacement for a AAA battery I purchased from AAA 18 months ago.1st, I called them and went through their app. took about an hour and the Tech showed uo and tested the battery. Said that I needed to keep it running or drive it for 30 miles so I drove it for 40 miles. came home, turned it off and tried to restart it. Dead. Called the next day and they came out again. This time they told me to hook it up with a "trickle" charger which I did. About 8 hours later I checked and the read out said BAD BATTERY. Called them out again only to find out that They took both previous calls off my 4 calls a year limit. Were going to charge me to come back out. Spoke to ********* the "supervisor" and she sent someone out and put me on a "Review" status. Well, they came out **** and the tech told me that they would have to run a complete electrical check on the car back at the shop. Ridiculous. NO ************************ DOES THAT> You bring back the Warrantied battery and they replace it but Noooo. *** wants YOU to take it to their shop, to charge you for a complete electric check on your car because they want to find the cause of the batter drain. I know the answer to that. BAD BATTERY!They would not budge. wanted me to have AAA tow the car to then to check it.Well, I fixed the problem. **** to a Auto Parts Store and purchased a battery for $119. Then I cancelled my *** membership. I will NEVER take my cars to a AAA shop again. So the moral of this story is. If you buy a AAA battery, and it goes bat, you have to have it towed to their shop to have it replaced. BAD DEAL ALL AROUND. Stay Away. ***, I own 5 vehicles and have had them all serviced at *** at one time or another. Never More!**** ******
