      They delivered as promised. I have had other solar companies take a lot longer than sun solar to get the product finished They also keep you informed with the process as it moves along. Prices are compatible with any other solar company that I have dealt with. I cannot speak to the warranty process because I haven't had the system long enough to need any warranty problems

      SunSolar Solutions have been a great company to me! *****, the **************** Specialist, keeps me posted every step of the way on my instillation of my Solar panels. He is such a great communicator either on the phone, by email, or text. If I ever have any questions, he always makes me feel comfortable in asking him anything and he never seems annoyed! ***** is a super guy to work with from beginning to end with the solar panel process!The sales person, *******, is also a super guy to work with. When sitting down with him to go over the plan options for the solar panels, he is so knowledgeable and helped me understand what the step by step process would be. ******* is always upbeat and positive and makes me feel happy to be with SunSolar Solutions! Whenever I leave him a message, he always calls me back right away!The installers and the inspectors were always wonderful to work with. They are super nice and will answer any of my questions when starting and finishing their work on the roof! I was a little nervous in putting in solar panels, and then I met, ****, who oversees the installers She was so wonderful to talk to and eased my mind in putting them in! She is indeed a special person also!In my opinion, if you're looking to put solar panels on your roof, SunSolar Solutions is the BEST company to work with! Their honesty and integrity are traits that I value!

      Streamlined process from start to finish. Excellent explanation of "why" we need X amount of panels for our situation. Follow through and communication is outstanding! Seamless process, no loop holes. It doesn't get any better than this.
