      The customer service people at ********************** were very good. They assigned a primary customer service rep to my account at the very beginning of the process. Their communication throughout was outstanding keeping me informed on every step along the way. The technicians showed up on schedule and did a great job installing the equipment. My customer service rep led me thru the process all the way from the very beginning all the way to interconnection and activation with the power company.

      Great communications. We always knew when people would be on site and what stage they were in.Still havent plugged in the product yet, but excited to start saving.

      Good prices, did what they said they would do. Installers left some stuff not complete but the follow up team came out and fixed it. Mostly. There are still loose fittings and such but it isn't a big deal.

      Great communication and service. My sales Rep. Brian has always been spot on with customer service and i have been working with him a few years now. Installers are courteous and professional. Jason was very communicative and always got me the answers to any questions i may have had. Excellent job Sun Solar Solutions.
