      My interaction with Sunsolar Solutions has been exceptionally positive since I met Brandon H*****, the rep who knocked on my door to introduce me to SunSolar. Brandon answered all of my questions honestly, not knowing I had conducted extensive solar research several months (nearly a year) before he arrived at my door. He provided me info about SunSolar product and accurately informed me on the process and timeline. Several things immediately stood out about Brandon from the many other reps who knocked on my door,. He is HONEST and knowlegeable about solar and this product. He is interested in clients receiving the best product for individual needs. I picked up good vibes from him. I worked closely with Sasha R**** and Chris C****** at SunSolar customer service throughout my solar installation project. They are fabulous to work with. They kept me informed on every upcoming step in the process. Promptly answered all of my questions over the phone and in emails. I received advanced notice from them via email AND phone call at least a week or two before installation work and inspection as well as to see if I had any any questions. A reminder email and call was also received at least a day before the next step in the process. The SunSolar solar plans packet I submitted to my HOA for design review was complete and acceptable to the HOA. The solar installers were in-house staff, not third-party contractors. Very informative, professional, and kind. I asked them a few questions before they started and after they were finished. They answered technical questions completely with easy to understand responses. The solar structure was installed about 45 days of meeting the SunSolar Rep Brandon H*****. It was inspected (final) by County and TEP and turned on within 30 days after installation. So far, everything is working efficiently 60 days after the solar was turned on. I'll definitely come back and update my experience after there's a need for service. Thank You, All!

      Great from start to finish sales person was very knowledgeable and honest . The support team and counselors were always at the ready when I had questions and to keep me informed of every step of the process. The construction team was courteous and respectful of my property and work looks fabulous
