  Destructive & dishonest.On July 7, 2022, I entered into a purchase contract with SunSolar Systems (***) for them to furnish and install a 12.05kW solar panel system in the amount of $36,423.18. The payment terms are:1. $2,000.00 at the time of the contract execution 2. $16,711.58 on receipt of the *************** & the Authority Having Jurisdiction (***)3. $16,711.59 due when installation is complete & the system has passed inspection by the JHJ.4. $1,000.00 final payment due upon commissioning by the *************** We have heretofore made payments 1 (July 7, 2022) & 2 (July 25, 2022). By about 8/17/22, *** started the installation. The installation took 1 day. There were two notable incidences concerning the installation:1. According to the *** *******, the breaker that *** supplied was defective.2. According to the *** *******, about ***** roof tiles were broken. Within several weeks after I complained multiple times to the Project Specialist & the president of the company, SunSolar Solutions finally hired an electrical contractor from a different company to install a good breaker.Not long after that, *** sent their roofing contractor to replace the broken tiles. As it turns out, the roofing contractor stated that there had been about 400 roof tiles that were broken & that he only brought 100 tiles. Over the ensuing weeks, the Project Specialist assured me that the roofing contractor would replace the tiles within a weeks time. A couple of weeks after that, the Project Specialist told me that they were unable to immediately locate the same tiles & had to backorder them and that it would take 3-4 months to get them. In the meantime, we have had heavy rains, winds, and the ******* sun deteriorating the exposed underlayment. This has voided my roof warranty!*** is demanding that I make payment# 3. But I am reluctant to because even though the *** approved the solar system, he also left a correction notice regarding the missing r

  What an awesome experience working with a company that takes pride in their business and their ability to help their customers. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end. ***** kept in contact with me every step of the process for my new solar. She was so informative and a pleasure to talk to. The installers were great. They worked till it was done and cleaned up everything. We have recommended this company to *********** so far and another neighbor was the one who recommended SunSolar to us. Happy to be up and running. Thanks

  Sunsolar Solutions really keeps you advised of what is going on and what is next. It is a long process due to all the inspections and permits required from HOAs, cities, and electrical companies. We signed on 7/22 and now (9/23), we are waiting on the last electrical company inspection. After their inspection, APS has to install a separate meter for delivery kw and then hopefully we can turn the system on. The installation crew was ******************, and detailed. **** of Sunsolar Solutions handled all the filings and that is totally awesome. The project manager was fantastic so thank you ****.

  The process from beginning to end has been smooth and easy. ***** has been great with communication. I was given updates about every two weeks even if there was nothing new to report.I would also like to thank my sales person *********************. He did a fabulous job explaining everything. He also checked in to see how the process was going. I highly recommend Sunsolar.

  My wife and I had solar panels installed in 2019 and have been beyond pleased with Sun Solar Solutions. They have been nothing but transparent and honest about their presentation, installation process and cost. Our system has been functioning great for the past 3 years, have paid nothing to APS monthly and received a check from APS with our extra credits at the end of each year since. ********************************* was very upfront about everything, very knowledgeable and educated us in what it means to lease a solar system in AZ and we felt very good about the decision we made. The whole process unfolded the way we expected, no surprises and was completed in a professional and timely manner .

  Sunsolar Solutions delivered on their promise. After a full year of producing ************ I no longer get a **** from the utility. Im very pleased with this companies professionalism from the project managers to the installers and service staff. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

  It has been approximately 6 months since our installation. We have been pleasantly pleased with our system. Our installation went very well and the overall process was well coordinated. Overall, our system has been producing electricity and has exceeded our expectations. Our customer service was great. They answered all of my questions I would highly recommend Sun Solar. Thank you to my entire team.

  Horrible service great salesmen though we had ********************************* and another salesmen stop buy provide a proposal. I was in the market for solar at the time and had a few other vendors send proposals as well. Went with Sunsolar because salesmen was good and also liked the method of installation used all the rest is similar or identical to other solar companies used. Ironed out all the details and signed a contract, solar was up and installed in no time. However inverter was backordered for months due to supply chain. I understood however loan was in place and I was already paying for system I couldn't use, played the game of you pay the loan we cut you a check. Inverter came in and was installed and I was on my way to saving money with my new system. Or so I thought system was finally online in Jan 2022 but has not been functioning correctly since installation. Inverter installed was defective so I have been paying my solar **** and full blown energy **** to APS every month. I reached out once mid-March because my APS **** seemed rather high customer service stated all was well, reached out again when my APS **** got to 350 a few months later in June. Only to have them confirm inverter was indeed bad, not producing energy or communicating back to them of the issue. System is supposed to alert them of any issue with system so we can be made aware and schedule repair, not the case here. They were only notified of this issue when I called the 2nd time, scheduled service got a replacement inverter installed however system I am told its working but will my app is still showing 0 power production. This issue was supposed to get fixed last week still not working but the biggest kicker is they are dragging their feet on reimbursement. I find it sad and pathetic that a company with the ability to analyze how much power and money you can save to make the sale can act so dumb with it takes them to analyze what they owe you in reimbursement. Mind you I am paying over $500 month
