    Package received through mail yesterday, March 7th. Our underage son (14 years old) ordered lube from this company and not sure how he was able to do this. Where do they advertise? Did they do any type of screening for age? I am worried about the quality of the product and want to know if their products have undergone any type of testing for dangerous chemicals and are subject to factory inspections, etc. Is there anything the BBB or FTC or AG can do to protect customers? Thank you~

    Package delivered to my underage son. Though he is close to 18 this is concerning that there was proof of identification required obviously. In this age of perverts and pedophiles I have sincere concerns about this "gentleman's" intent sell to underage boys. I think this should be taken with the utmost seriousness.

    They sold merchandise to an underage kid. They need to verify the age of kids before selling to them. How many other kids are buying stuff?

    Made two orders during recent sale. 6 minutes apart. One shipped within 3 business days the other took almost 10. The first order recieved one item broke after 2 uses. Was offered store credit as compensation, now going on over 5 business days with no response and no credit awarded to the account as promised.2nd order was was shipped via 2nd day air, but they decided not to add Saturday delivery to said delivery, so because of that my item will now take 5 days to deliver. Same as standard ground shipping, thus making pointless the added cost of selecting 2nd day air.Multiple emails now being ghosted for a week. Poor service. 2 weeks to ship an inventory item.

    Products that I purchased from this business have not been delivered, and no efforts have been made by this business to resolve the issue. I spent over $200 and they are just now beginning an inquiry with the company delivering the product. They claim it may *********** weeks to locate the package and refund my money. Their customer service is not responsive, and they are making false claims about their efforts to resolve the problem. They stated that they filed a claim when upon my own efforts to expedite the shipment, this appears to be untrue. So today they say they're starting an inquiry, when it was allegedly started last week. They should not be permitted to hold a customers money while they bumble through half-heartedly resolving a shipping problem that they created. Do to the nature of their business, people are most likely to not publicly complain, so hopefully BBB can maintain information to warn other potential customers of their careless and misleading business practices.
