    You're going to want to ask before you buy.... Hi, I am an avid buyer. In the past, if I could give BD 10 stars, I would've. Today? Not even close. I am very upset with the "inventory" item that I ordered. There is an image with every inventory item that supposedly shows you what you will be ordering if you decide to. I ordered a toy that had a beautiful inventory photo. Today I received that toy and I am much less than impressed. At first I wanted to reach out to their email. I did get in touch with someone named "Munchiekins"?? who told me to open the bag... I didn't want to, because I know a sealed bag is supposed to mean untouched by human hands. But I was told to for photo comparison reasons. The next message was a completely different tone. They sent me the link that says, "Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns which include but are not limited to the following:Buyer's Remorse Wrong Model, Features, Colors, Etc. Sizing Concerns (Too Small or Too Large)"So not only was I tricked into opening it for a service ticket, now I'm being told that I cant return it anyways due to their policies. I was also told THIS via email from CS: " The image on your toy's listing was a stock image, not a representation of the toy shipped within your order. We use these when selling toys that are within the acceptable standard of a listed recipe color"That was never my experience in the past. Every other toy I've ever ordered was outstanding and exactly like the listing images. Something changed with this company in the last couple of years. I only recently started purchasing from them again after taking a break for a few years. I love their quality, I love the shapes and the unique colors, but this is a bit ridiculous for the price I paid. I pay for what I order, not some "similar" toy that's just *good enough*. That's HORRIBLE customer service if you ask me..
