5 starsYandy has always treated me right. I have ordered large quantities several times a year and everything is always sent quick, packaged properly, as described, and a good quality for the price. They have prices that are much cheaper than buying directly from the brands. They also do sales and have deals that make products even cheaper. They have a variety that can't be beat, and they website offers lots of pictures to see what you are buying. The sizing has been accurate. The customer support has never been an issue for me. The products they carry are mostly from brands that are recognizable and have good resale values on **** and poshmark if you can't return them. I fully recommend them.Review fromCharlene S

This company is a scam. Selling poor quality clothing knowing that they will make money from restocking fees, store credit, and shipping fees that are passed back to the customer. In addition to this being a predatory business, this should probably be illegal. Additionally - All customer service links are broken (on the website, on the link in the email for customer service which all direct to ********************. com / pages/ contact-us), the customer service email (support @********************. com) gets returned. I finally found the customer service phone number and spoke to someone who was defensive and unhelpful. Limiting access to customer service & a misleading website & being unwilling to give refunds & charging for basic services = predatory business practices. I hope they go out of business and shame on them for taking advantage of people.Yandy

You can use a search engine to look up Yandy contact information and it provides are phone number and email ********************************. I am very concerned that you stated the email links are not working. I would like to check into that if you could forward the email to ******************************** to investigate. ******************************** is an email address that has not been active for over 2 years and I would like to see where that is posted. We have not had other customer report this issue making contact with us. Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. I am sorry you did not like the items you purchase and feel we are predatory which I assure you we are not. We provide full disclosure of your return policy which is store credit only prior to checkout. Our customers actually have to check a box that they read and agree to the policy priory to making payment and completing your order. I know we have emailed this information to you with screenshots since you had to check the box to complete your order. We do this so our customers are informed. We do not have a restocking fee on our policy however you requested a refund and an exception for refund was made. The exception made for you did include a 20% restocking and label fee since you were not adhering to our posted policy. Your reply to us was " I will never buy from you again so a store credit (- restocking fee) is worthless. I am going to donate the clothes I ordered". And to clarify exception made for you with the restocking fee was for a refund to your original payment method not store credit. I do see a return authorization was created online by yesterday for 2 our of the 3 items you purchased. If you would like us to discuss the exception please feel free to contact us.Yandy

Be careful Purchasing from this company for the first time and the last time . I bought my husband a Halloween costume and it was defective. Small in the front and very bulky in the back, so I reached out to their customer service team to send it back for a return to found that unfortunately.. YANDY doesnt do returns. Ok that was fine. They offered to put the money back on my account so I had to order something else. But when I got the return refund it was almost $20 less than my purchase. So I reached out to them again and they told me that they charge for the shipping return OK now this is ridiculous. I could have paid that for less money. But thats not all. After getting the return back. I made another purchase and bought something for myself. Theres nothing on the site that I can order that was in my budget so I order some nice Bras, so I thought l it took me a minute to pick out which type I wanted. Long story short after all the searching I had done, to find these bras. They were all the same when delivered , and the undergarments were very small. So you know what Im thinking. Yep these are undergarments, Im pretty sure there are no returns on those either. Waist of money.Yandy

We provide full disclosure prior to check out in our policy so our customers are informed prior to checkout. You have a link to the policy and have to check the box that you read and agree to the policy.
I see you contacted us for an exchange for a different size. We explained we do not do exchanges but can issue store credit to purchase a different size or any other product on our website. Your 2nd email asked about a full refund and we explained we only credit for the merchandise + tax. We do not credit the original shipping fees which is standard practice. Please note the return label we supply is free charge. You are correct we do not take undergarments back do to hygiene concerns.

I was completely mislead with their return policy first time I purchased didnt noticed this because that time I exchanged the items for a different size. This time I got costume which size was meant to fit me but it didnt , returned the item with the label they sent and all I got was a store credit when I want and need my money back in to my bank account.I dont need to use their store credit since u purchased another costume with my own money again and now I am dealing with them not wanting to refund me what I spent with the excuse that they will send only 40 of the $47.72 because of the shipping? Other companies refund everything back this one is totally shady and I want my whole refund asapYandy

Hi *****, I am sorry you feel our posted return policy is misleading. We do have not offered an exchange process in over 5 years. We link our policy at checkout to provide full disclosure prior to a customer's purchase. Not to mention listed in the FAQ's listed in the footer of each page on the website. Per Policy - 90 days to make return - All eligible items can be returned for store credit only - Free return label included* *********************************************************************************. I see our agent offered an exception for refund and with a restocking fee. Your store credit is can be used any on the website, costume, lingerie, underwear, stockings, swimwear, athletic wear, shoes or anything on our website. You are correct some companies offer refunds while other do not and only supply store credit on returns. It is up to each company to make their policy. I will email you privately too.Review fromMa R

1 starIf I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is a scam and should be removed for faulty business practices. All products from here are worth less than $3 a piece given the quality. 1 starI have tried to contact their company multiple times and I have not received any word back. I called and emailed twice about my order to receive a status update. I ordered $145 worth of items with the intent to buy more, but now I regret buying all together. They sent me a tracking number but after going to the tracking website multiple times to see if my items shipped, I keep getting an error that my tracking number doesnt exist. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down. I dont even want my clothes anymore just give me a refund and stop scamming people.Review fromAngelina S

Wasted $63 on this horrible establishment and they dont bother to pick up the phone nor reply to my emails, private messages on Instagram or ******** They have the nerve to constantly post promotions but never respond back to my tweets or comments. Dont even have the decency to reply. Wish they would send shipping information after a week!!!
