I began using in April 2024. I financed a total of $****** to pay for their platform, based on promises that they would help with setup, provide ongoing support, and offer training to ensure I could fully use their services. Unfortunately, I have not received any of the promised support, and the company has failed to deliver in every area.From the start, I was told I would have assistance setting up the platform, a dedicated account manager to guide me through the process, and comprehensive training to help me get the most out of their software. These services never materialized.Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email, but I have not received a single response. Most of the phone numbers I have are now disconnected, and many of my emails have bounced back. I have been completely unable to get in touch with anyone from the ********** a result, I have been forced to spend over $10,000 on third-party services to help me understand and use the softwareexpenses that should have been unnecessary if ****** had fulfilled its obligations, and I have spent countless hours trying to get this software up and running. Given this lack of support and the fact that Ive received nothing of what was promised, I am requesting a full refund of the $****** I paid for their services. Additionally, I am seeking compensation for the time and money Ive had to spend on outside services to make up for Air.ais failure. also on the ****** I have accrued interests payments.Ive tried to resolve this matter directly with ****** multiple times without success, and I am now considering filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies if I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution.I expect a full refund and compensation for the costs Ive incurred. On September 8th, 2023, I entered into a $15,000 sales agreement with Air AI, LLC. While I initially received partial services, I never received the full scope promised, and in August, Air AI cut off all services despite my timely payments.The breaches of contract include:1.Failure to Provide Promised Tools and Platforms:Air AI guaranteed access to proprietary tools like Max **** Maximizer and Midas Checkout Platform, which were either inaccessible or non-functional, failing to meet critical components of the contract.2.Failure to Provide White-Label Offers and Custom Audiences:The promised pre-built white-label offers and custom-built audiences, crucial for business growth, were never delivered.3.Failure to Maintain Access:While I initially accessed two services, my course access was removed in August, and I have since had no access to the services as per the agreement.4.Breach of the Air AI Guarantee:The contract guaranteed revenue equal to three times the program cost within six months, which I have not achieved due to the unavailability of promised resources.5.Failure to Provide Recruitment Services:The contract included access to a recruitment pipeline, which was never fully provided, despite my efforts to follow up.6.Unresponsiveness and Lack of Support:Air AI has been completely unresponsive to my numerous attempts to resolve these issues, indicating a breach of its contractual obligations.Initial Complaint

We bought a license to sell ********************** on or around December 8th 2023. Per our contract, If client is not satisfied by the performace of the agents or for any other reason at all, Client can recieve a full buy back of the amount paid, no sooner than 120 days after signing this agreement.Once we purchased the license from **********************, we formed Catalyst Conversational AI, purely for the purposes of cold calling real estate sellers, to guage their interest in selling their homes. On February 8th, The *** banned cold calling with Artificial intelligence. On April 8th (after meeting the min 120 days) we formally requested that they fullfiull the terms of the contract and buy back the license.On May 3rd, Owners, ***** ****** and ****, finally replied with the following ...."Hey guys - we are happy to buy back your license. We arent currently doing buybacks right now but plan on opening up the next batch in about ***** days and can talk through buying your license back at that time"In July, we requested an update on the buy back and they are giving excuse after excuse, stating they dont have th funds and that theyre "close" to structuring a payment plan. This is our first step to get our money back,per our contract, for a system that we are not happy with or using due to the laws . Our efforts to recoup this money from the owners have been exhausted and they are continuing to push our refund further and further down the road.Initial Complaint

I purchased a program from the company Air Ai on July 14th, 2023 for $30,000 USD.This company had a guarantee in their contract as stated:"Within 6 months of joining the program (the Starting Term), the Client will have used Air AI to generate revenue equal to double or more of the initial cost of the Air Access Card. If not, Client will have the option to cancel their Air Access Card and forgo the Air platform upon which they will be refunded the full amount of their initial cost."After 6 months, I did not gain value from their program and did not produce any sales. The team agreed in writing via email that I was confirmed for a refund on January 16th, 2024. Despite this, the team has continued to stall and provide misleading reasons for why I have not received my refund after an additional 6 months.I have both the sales agreement and an email from the company confirming I will receive a refund.This company has a guarantee in the contract that they do not fulfill.Initial Complaint

I was approached by air to resell their product. I was told that there was a reseller that was already making six figures a month reselling the program. I was told it was easy to use and didn't have any issues. I hired a team to onboard customers and a hired a sales manager and opened an office upon purchasing the reseller program. However things turned ugly when the onboarding team couldn't figure out how to make the *** operational. Paid them to join many meetings where it is apparent that just about everyone has issues with the product and it appears no one is satisfied with it. Unfortunately I am many months into trying to figure out a product that we can't use let alone resell. Now I have launched an entire company based on promises that this company made just to make a sale. I need a working product. The amount of money I have spent trying to launch t AI bot is absurd. Then Everytime I turn of ******** I see another add to bring in more resellers for a product that's not ready to use. They not only tricked me into a reseller program that they can't figure out there products. Yet they are still selling it online pretending like they don't know the problems. I purchased a license from a technology start up called Air AI LLC for $50,000k back in Jan. **** are located in *******. With the license, you could set up AI bots for inbound or outbound calls for businesses, and then you would collect a part of the money those businesses spend on the Air AI platform. **** have a money-back guarantee clause in their agreement which I have met requirements. Now that I am asking for a license buyback, they say you must wait until we have money to pay you back. Issues that I decided to cancel and find it fraudulent is that:1- Their AI agent can not perform the tasks company promised 2- The cost of the agent based on the contract was 11 cents per minute, and now it is 33 cents per minute. 3- The *** acknowledged that they don't have the money to refund. But it is a pattern and there are other people with the same issue. It seems like this is the way they collect money.Initial Complaint

I was over promised things that were in writing, and the company underdelivered. This included a guaranteed refund if things didn't work out. I also got a guarantee from the owner of a refund, but have yet to receive it. In order to pay for this I was set up with financing from a company called Special Finance. If things worked out as they said they would then I would have no problem paying them back. I had a 12 month same as cash option and with the guaranteed refund I thought it would be fine to do this. I am now in my the 11th month of the loan and interest is about to kick in. My services were cancelled from the company, but I'm they have not cancelled the loan or issued a refund. I'm only asking for what I was already promised. After looking into this further I'm not the only one who is waiting on a refund. I would have done my homework, but it's a shame this company has an A- rating.Initial Complaint

On 6/28/2023 I officially signed a contract to use air ai software in order to scale my business. The company contracted with me guaranteeing that for my ****** ************** I would have a 3x return within 6 months or money back guarantee. After their software stalled and no sales or profit was brought in - I reached out to the company requesting a refund. They agreed they did not fulfill their contractual obligation and agreed to refund me my initial investment of ****** usd. I have been going back and forth trying to get my money returned and have been given excuse after excuse and the owners have been inaccessible and unresponsive.
