The *** for years now have not fixed the ** to the point that it breaks down several times within the year and the heat in Arizona reaches 120 degrees. My tenant has complained to the city to no avail. I gave him part of his rent back because I felt bad for the *** not having their s*** together according to my tenant. I installed three floor units out of my own pocket and cannot safely install more without risking break-in. His house is still reaching 78 degrees. This is a health concern and they are not transparent with what is going on. They said they are renting a new ** but will not be transparent about what is going on. They have money and can certainly borrow money. Why is this happening over and over? This is a health and business concern. Will I be forced to sell my property because the *** is so bad? I want my money returned for my ** units and for the chiller system to work. This is why the *** is so expensive yet we have no **.

      Hello,

We definitely understand your concern and are working with the current ********* to ultimately replace the chiller system with a brand new unit. Although this issue has been going on for years, our company, Arizona Association Management Group has not managed your community for all that time.  Since we have been involved, we were able to get the hot water issue in the community fixed by replacing the boiler system.  We are now working on the chiller system to get that replaced as well.  Currently, the community has a rental chiller tower installed to ensure everyone is getting cool air during these hot summer months.

Again, the ********* is currently working on a plan to replace the chiller system entirely in the coming months.  As the management company, we can only facilitate the projects that the board has decided on and approved.

I lived in this community with the prior HOA management and never had a problem with the ***

So, they essentially gave us a chiller to rent that does not work. Has this been brought to their attention? We shouldnt be paying for machinery that doesnt work.

In fact, the last HOA went half on the costs for me replace tiles after water destroyed my floors from the defective system, but I have been unable to address the three floor units I have had to install because of the *** I would like at least part of this injury to be remedied.

The HOA is being too cheap and keep increasing their fees. Where is the money going? I would like a spreadsheet of finances. Are *************** not paid going to a collection agency? Why cant they buy a new unit now?

      Hello,

I encourage you to come to the monthly HOA meetings and discuss your concerns with the board of directors in person.  The chiller issue has been brought to their attention and as previously stated, they are working to a brand new chiller system for the community.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Regards,
