1 starWorst management company I have ever come across. Did not keep accurate financial records, they use terrible contractors that don't do their jobs - so bad that at one point our pool was shut down by the county as it was a hazard. It was disgusting.Review fromTed B

****************, you served on the board of your community several years prior to my company coming on board. As you are well aware, many of the community issues are not new. They have existed for years and were not dealt with by your prior management company and the board of directors that you served on and contributed to.Also, it is the board of directors responsibility to direct management on which rules to enforce. We have advised the board several times that the ****************** for the community desperately need to be updated.You are always encourage to run for the board and be a proactive member of the community.Review fromErica D

Unfortunately, they are saying the issue is with our ***. However, since there is no other way to communicate with the *** regarding the fact they are letting Arizona tenants go without **, then I have to hold Arizona Association Management Group accountable. I have purchased an additional ** floor unit that I was not reimbursed for last year. This year, the ** is still a problem. Please turn the ** on for Casa Dem Pueblo residents. If this *** is so abusive to their residents, then maybe they should not work for them anymore.Arizona Association Management Group

Hello, To clarify, it is not the management company who makes decisions for the *** community. It is your elected board of directors of the ***.The board has been working with vendors to complete any necessary maintenance and repairs prior to turning on the entire system.The chiller system is scheduled to be turned on April 3, 2024.
