    December 6th, 2024, after three separate failed attempts, I was charged $124.72 for services I did not authorize. I emailed the billing department requesting immediate cancellation of my account and a refund for the services I did not wish to purchase or use. After 11 days of no reply from the billing department, I requested support from inside the website on December 17th, 2024 and submitted a ticket explaining the situation further requesting cancellation of my account and the refund to be processed. December 18th, 2024, I received an email from the support team asking me further questions and putting my support ticket under review. December 19, 2024, the support team ultimately denied my request to cancel my account and denied my request for a refund because I was past their 3-day period per the terms and conditions of using Batchleads. However, my initial email to the billing department requesting to cancel my account and request for refund was submitted the same day my checking account was charged (December 6th, 2024), and to this very moment, the billing department has not replied to my email. When I brought this to the support teams attention and requested them to raise my support ticket into deeper consideration, they told me regardless Im outside of the 3-day window, which is in no way my fault that the billing department did not display proper communication by not acknowledging my initial email.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from BatchLeads. It is impossible to get proper service as the representatives do not read the chats. This company has significant issues with customer **********************. I signed up for BatchDialer and BatchLeads for two months. My account manager offered me a 50% discount on both accounts due to the system connectivity issues I was facing.Although I received personal assistance from *******, the community manager, who provided me with suggestions, I ultimately decided to cancel the dialer because the results were disastrous, with only a 3% connectivity rate compared to the 7% they ************ November, I was charged $120 for BatchLeads, despite being promised a 50% discount. I spoke to the representative, ***, the day before the cycle ended, and we agreed that the extra charge would be applied to the next month, and the December charge would not occur. However, I was charged again in December! When I called to complain, the chat from the previous day was unavailable, and the representative justified the charge.Finally, I got tired of wasting my time complaining and dealing with the unprofessionalism and broken promises. I decided to close the account. I demand a full refund for the month, and I insist that this company improve its customer **********************. If a promise is made to a customer, it should be kept!I have been misled and inconvenienced. This is a disgraceful level of service and a complete lack of integrity.

    So I never signed a contract with this company and they proceeded to put me in a contract and have been charging me for several months. I contacted the customer ********************** line and they verified there was no contract sign, but referred me over to the case manager to get the refund started. The case manager said he would call me back and since then he blocked my phone number and I cannot get in contact with this company whatsoever to get this money refunded back that they have stolen from me without a contract.

    Batchleads suspended my account in May 2024 and would not let me reset the password. I ended up creating a new account because i could not log into the original. Batchleads continued to charge me for their services on the initial account even though they would not allow me to log in. I recently realized that i was paying twice and reached out for a refund on the duplicate charges and they denied me.

    My son used my credit card to order a subscription from this business. He cancelled the service in April 2023. My credit card has been charged continuously with recurring payments ever since.

    I am tired of ******** companies taking advantage of consumers. Batchleads is one of those companies. After signing up and using their services I called in as well as on the chat got information on cancelling my account as I was not in a position to continue payments. I logged in and cancelled my account. I also had many an argument with the support agents telling them I wanted to cancel. They have a no refund policy which does not fly with me. I have not used their system in over 4 months. I had to go in today and again, cancel my account. They have been charging me for 4 months after cancelling the first time.

    I emailed Batchleads two days prior to my end trial date to cancel my subscription on November 2, 2022. I emailed again the next day, 1 day prior to the end of trial periods November 3, 2022. I asked to NOT charge my card. No responses. They charged my card November 4, 2022. There is no phone number to call customer **********************. I sent a third email with my lawyer ccd and attaching proof of emails on November 5, 2022. I cannot delete my card on their site. Please see attachments Thank you.**********************************
