    Worst service, leads are trash and wouldnt let me cancel service. System magically kept having problems, call center is in a 3rd world country so dont expect American billing help.

    We used BatchLeads to pull data for addresses to mail marketing to. After sending mail to wrong addresses due to wrong data pull, since we received several mail return correspondences, Batch Leads agreed to reimburse us the funds, but put the funds into a credit on our account. Our business hasn't done marketing of any sort for the last several months on any platforms. Batch has our company locked into a yearly payment plan contract that they will not let us break and will not release our funds within our account, which the only reason funds are sitting in our account is for a mistake they made. Batch has been uncooperative and continue to hold the funds hostage. After messaging Customer Support multiple times, they have gone completely silent once asking to speak to a supervisor/upper management in regards to this situation.

    I would personally not recommend BatchLeads. The company gets more and more greedier over the time. They have raised their prices double over a few months period we have been using their platform. Since you have skip-traced lists with them you pretty much locked. If you cancel your account all your data will be lost. Also there is strict no refund policy, even from your wallet. You will have to go and leave any unused amount you got in your BatchLeads Wallet. I like the product but their policies drowning them down in competition. I hope they will see this feedback one day.
