  Horrible Overpriced through ****** by 50% over market Sales overpromise everything Promised 6 weeks for shower and we are still waiting after 16 weeks Communication with Company is horrible as they dont call unless you call them 5 or **** times first Installers are not careful with property and cause damage Horrible experience

  Met with ****** Jacuzzi bath through ****** and we picked the perfect new shower set up nothing but the best so far. Thank you Jacuzzi bath. Cant wait to ****************.

  Should be minus 20 Stars. DO NOT USE Jacuzzi Remodel of ******* they are heartless !! (See Pictures on ****** Yard Sale). This company is terrible. They falsely advertise what they do. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel ripped off my 88 year old in-laws in a HUGE way. My father-in-law is 100% blind. They pressured them to sign the contract to have their tub and shower replaced with a shower stall to accommodate my blind father-in-laws needs. Pressured them to sign the completion paperwork. The work they did was about a $3500.00 job but charged well over $22000.00. Completely lied to my in-laws. The walls were supposed to be resin, they were super thin acrylic (plastic). They used no Durock wallboard or moisture proof drywall, no vapor barrier. They left a 3/4 in gap between the floor pan and the existing tile. They used no spackle, no tape on the outer wall of the shower stall which you see the second you walk into the bathroom. How do these people look themselves in the mirror knowing that they ripped off an elderly couple. My mother-in-law made them lunch and gave them a nice tip not realizing how badly they were taken to the cleaners. Absolutely disgusting.

  The installers, ***** and ******, did an excellent job and communicated very effectively with us. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed.

  Installer *************************** did an excellent job replacing multiple floor tiles damaged during an installation done a few weeks prior. He was also considerate enough to touch up the caulking that had shrank into the seams on the side of our new tubs shelves when I pointed it out. As for the rest of the company a comprehensive review specifically for all non-installers is being drafted.

  The absolute worst experience we've had with any company. Thought we were working with a reputable, well known company, assured all employees were bonded & background checked. Promised one day installation and that customer service was excellent; great news! The experience was anything but great; it was a total nightmare. After six weeks the project was not complete and they had to redo the shower install. My house was left with debris everywhere and glue on my carpet. I had jewelry stolen, filed a police report and turned in a claim with my insurance company. NO ONE from the company responded to my phone calls, emails or texts. Police were able to recover some but not all of the jewelry as some items had already been melted down at the **** shop.Literally no customer service at this company; I would discourage anyone thinking of doing business with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ.

  ****************** and ************** did an excellent job installing our new jacuzzi tub. They were prompt, polite, communicative and neat. Could not have asked for a better experience. Looks great!!! Thank you for a great experience.

  Disorganized and shady business! Wrote a check to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel/Baths for Less on 10/18/22. Work completed on 12/15/22. Check was not cashed. Told my installers the check was not cashed yet. Called the company several times and told them my check was not cashed and asked if my account was in good standing. 16 months later, the expired check was converted to electronic without my consent causing my account to go into overdraft. No efforts have been made by this company to warn me about the check conversion or to apologize for their mistake. This company is disorganized and does not conduct business to the high standards they claim. I should have known they were disorganized because they also tried to schedule my install before they got the permits and kept having to reschedule me due to their oversight. I would not use Jacuzzi again and would never recommend. I found this company through ****** and am surprised the ****** is doing business with a company like this. Also note that if you choose herringbone pattern, the panels will not match up and the salesperson does not tell you this! What a shady business.

  The installers, ************ and ************, did an excellent job of creating my new shower. They were extremely professional, very informative and answered all my questions throughout the installation process. The shower looks great! Wonderful job **** and *****!
