    I paid for a ticket from ******* to **********. And an hour later I could not get a refund. I paid in cash. Not a credit card. I was told that I could simply change my booking date. But I don't need to go any more. There is no booking date to change 2 I asked for a refund and they deny me. They're kicking the last bit of money I have. It just simply stole my money. I was not informed of a no refund policy. They are Spanish and I do not speak Spanish. If I was fully aware of a new refund policy. I would have doubled checked with my motherwho I needed to get to at the time now I don't. I talked to the manager. She said I could change my booking date to the first in your January and if I decide to go within that time that would be okay. Well, it's not okay because there is no room for me to be at my mother's. I do not need to go I need my money back. I just sold everything. I had so I could buy this ticket. They are leaving me ************ was only an hour after I originally purchased a ticket.This company is ripping people off
