    Even during business hours, no one is around to help. No one answers phone calls or e-mails. I never got my car. It was beyond a nightmare.

    DO NOT RENT FROM CARZI!!! No one was present when my ************* arrived in *******, AZ mid-afternoon on a busy Saturday for ******* ******* after they charged our credit card $400 in advance. Their AI Chat advised us to message if we needed further assistance. I advised my husband needed his rental car, paid in full. I received a response "We have his number on file will reach out to him now". After several minutes and no attempted contact, I provided my husband's text and asked that they please text him. I received a note in poor English with misspellings that read "Been texting it just now. I usually have just three items I run through with our guests before they get there instructions". I responded "Can you call him:? Carzi replied "No we don't have that capability of recorded calls so we prefer to have a record of all correspondence via text". I responded "Please refund his car. No one is there". They said they had a car ready, fueled and set aside for him. It's a free upgrade as well as his reservation is for economy and that if he can't correspond to answer a few questions then "he will spend much more money and time if hye chooes to go all the way down to the rental car center 5 miles down the road". I said he wanted a live person and that if they cannot speak live, please cancel and refund. Shocking response: "Nope okay good luck. Change his mind let us know. Our sales office is not open on the weekend which is why we have the virtual check in. There will be no refund. thank you and have a nice day." I said "That's what you think" to which they replied "We're done corresponding with threats. You'll not have access to this text line again". We're closing it down to you folks. On a separate chain to our daughter who was trying to help, they repled "If you just answered a few simple questions you'd be on your way to ******* ******* already. But, you're choosing the hard way so good luck".

    0 starsthis was my experience in a nutshell, as I could say more. As a fellow travel industry professional, I am disappointed in this service that was received for myself and travel ****** booked a Priceline bundle, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by several problems which suggest that it was a scam. I would strongly advise against using this service and recommend considering alternative options such as Turo or conventional car rental services. The customer service was unhelpful, as I faced significant challenges in getting through to a representative to clarify pickup details. They only text. The car had an over ***** mileage oil change service needed. Additionally, I incurred an unexpected $75 charge for using my debit card. The rigid non-cancellation policy meant I was forced to proceed, especially so needing my vacation to begin ASAP for rejuvenation (which was ruined.) Following my trip, I received total charge of over $468 for excess mileage, additional it was expected but to which I found excessive at $0.80 per mile, particularly when compared to the standard surcharge range of $0.10-$0.25 per mile. I tried to get information beforehand about additional mileage and again customer service wasnt helpful. As someone familiar with the travel industry, having rented out cars myself and owned ****** properties, I found this experience particularly disappointing. I returned the car in perfect condition, followed drop off instructions, refueled etc. I urge others to approach this service with caution, as it is apparent they prioritize financial gain over customer welfare.

    Mere minutes after booking, I asked if there was any way to cancel as I realized the location was not at the airport. They gave me some c*** and then said I was threatening them, eventually writing "Dude, F off" (all in a text thread). Due to the ongoing terrible customer service, I said that I would be contesting the charge and would not be using their service. They decided to send a text saying they've reported me to the *** as a "problematic traveler" amongst other punishments. I can't speak to the actual cars, but the "customer service" is abysmal and beyond unprofessional. This company should be reprimanded for how they treat people. I wish I had read the reviews before booking.

    ZERO stars!! The battery in the car died in the middle of my trip and the customer service was. absolutely horrendous! They wouldn't come and get the car and when I had it jumped and returned they told me I would get a refund for the unused portion of my trip and it never happened. I'm trying to retrieve it and they are refusing and being completley unprofessional with messages like:"Not gonna happen!""Sorry darling..but I can't do that!""YOU CAUSED THE REASON OUR BATTERY WAS DEAD. YOUR INCOMPETENCE MADE THIS HAPPEN. YEAH BBB...WELCOME IT.."It's unreal!! I asked them who I was talking to and if I could talk to a manager and this was the response..."Idk...*****************...that's who you're talking to. What kind of question is that?"Don't EVER rent a car from this place!!This company could not be more AWFUL and they should be SHUT DOWN!!

    Never use this company.. complete mis leading of advertising and pricing.. they website doesnt explain the deposit until they take your money out of your account.. then they send a screenshot of a no refundable receipt stating I did a pre-paid option thats why I got the discounts but I choose to pay when I pick the car up.. the text states that the deposit was ******* dollars.. they kept telling me that I needed to fulfill my obligations.. so I just lost 132$ because the deposit I didnt pay.. then they texted me awful messages of black ******* my name..     The customer service and communication provided by this business were absolutely abysmal. It is evident that they have no willingness to collaborate and effectively engage with their customers, displaying a complete lack of empathy toward their situations and a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite acknowledging their policies, the way I was treated was nothing short of appalling. As a customer, I should never have been subjected to such treatment and blatant disregard specifically by **** and ******. I strongly caution everyone to be extremely wary of this company as they cannot be trusted. Even upon reaching out to verbally speak to someone (******), I was told that I would be contacted shortly with a solution which was a blatant lie. Upon reaching out again and asking for contact information, I was ignored. I have never been treated so horribly by a business.

    RUN. FAST. If there was an option for ZERO stars -- I would have chosen that. I have NOT booked with this company as I did not get the opportunity to get past the terrible customer service (please see image on ****** reviews). I have attached my original email chain to show that there was nothing done on my end as the customer and I am extremely offended to have been treated this way. We have a huge family trip coming up and I was looking to reserve at least three (3) luxury SUVs but I REFUSE to give money to a company who treats customers ill unnecessarily. There is a subreddit dedicated to this company and the ill treatment of customers as well as a ******* chain that I have added to. Please be careful as they will harass you or your business if there is any negative review left, but I am not afraid as that is a defamation lawsuit waiting to happen. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

    This business is awful they should be ashamed. Ridiculously low mileage to begin with, but after purchasing more mileage, they still charged us an additional 400 miles we did not drive (comes to over $300)! Completely ignore our messages and email requesting proof.

    I just used them in ********** and only drove 400 miles and they said I drove 600 miles and charged me .85 Cents a mile for over 300 miles. when i asked for proof they refused.
