Horrible customer service. 5 employees looked at me during my time there. Absolutely no hello how are you do you need any guidance or assistance nothing. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes but couldnt get help even though there were more employees than customers. Employee were sitting down like customers, laughing discussing what time they got off of work. Horrible experience especially for a business that sells luxury items I hope they do better and learn how to treat people, customers. There are other my **********************************************. Dont go here.

1 starI drop some items as a consignment at the location in ********, ten days later they called saying I Need to pick up some of my items the same or next day or they would be donated. The Mansfield called me 4 pm Saturday and they open 12-6 Sunday which was my only opportunity to get there. Once there they charged me to pick up my own items they supposed to have for 60 days and had 10 days. Not only that one of my items was a pair of Manolo Blank shoes I wore twice, they lost the box and gave them back in a bag. I had to fight to get the boxes for my $700 ISL shoes. This is a terrible way to do business they list my stuff and they charged me after 10 days when the contract says 60 days. I dont recommend anyone to leave your experience stuff there. I purchased a purse from here over $1,000. i got it authenticated by 3 different companies and they all came back unauthentic. I asked for a refund and the manager was very distasteful and proceeded to say it was real even though I had clear evidence. As much as I used to love coming to this store, I have had my fair share of problems. I bought 3 pairs of designer shoes from them as well that after a while I decided I didnt want and I went to reconsign them and they called me to tell me it was fake. Then I told them I bought it from their store, they called me back and told me it was real. I will never purchase anything from here. They still have some of my items that I took into consignment, I will not being going back to pick it up due to their customer service.My Sister's Closet

Hi, I made the purchase March 18th at the ********* location. I do not have the receipt but I have my charge on my card. Fashionphile was not able to authenticate and told me its more than likely to be fake. Therealreal sent it back to me saying its fake. *********** is where I had it professionally authenticated and they came back to me and said it was fake with a certificate explaining the reasons how and why.Angie S.

1 starWorst experience Ive ever had in my life. Called multiple names by the owner online when I wrote a beware review to the community. How she is still in business I dont know?
