The location I went to on ******** and ********* in ******* is terrible. Had teeth pulled and a denture made. The denture does not fit properly and the teeth are too small. The doctor was very unprofessional. Stay away from Visas and find better care elsewhere.

My child received an exam from Risas and was referred to a location with an Oral Surgeon in ******* for wisdom teeth extraction. They quoted me a high amount and I questioned the quote at the oral surgery office. When I asked them direct questions such as what codes are being billed so I can review with my insurance the dental assistant did not know and passed me to a billing representative where I asked her a series of billing questions and when I asked for the provider credentials she refused to provide it. Then when I spoke to a "manager" and asked for the credentials she gave them to me and I continued to question the service just for them to say they will not service my child. To me seems odd that if they cannot answer direct questions or "feel uncomfortable answering questions" which is what they said then sounds like they do not know what they are doing and I am happy to seek dental services with another dentist who is not afraid to answer questions. Risas Dental portrays to be an affordable dental service but is not and when you question their services they don't know and refuse to serve you. What a shame.Risas Dental and Braces

I was a patient at Risas Dental at the Midvale location in ******. I began my orthodontic journey in Nov 2020-Dec 2022. I also payed in full on their Black Friday deal. Well the result was horrible! My teeth were forcefully pushed out resulting in an over jet bite; my premolars are not aligned and my bite is off! My top teeth and bottom teeth dont align at midline either. The orthodontist did not see me on my last day of treatment to make sure I was good to go. My retainers were extremely uncomfortable to remove and put on, I was told a new one was going to be made the following week and they never called me to give them to me. I have yet to receive my new bottom retainer. I made an appointment for the orthodontist to see my results and after seeing me, he apologized for not seeing me the last day of my treatment. He then said my teeth are very pushed out and forward that I will need 4 molars pulled out and will need to pay for this treatment to fix their mistake. I said I will not be paying for my molars to be removed and I wished this was discussed early on in the treatment! The office then agreed to pull my molars free of charge but money back guarantee is not an option! I want my money back because this was not ok, I wasnt expecting perfect teeth, I just wasnt expecting my teeth to turn from ok to worse! I will note that the staff was very kind and respectful at this location; I have nothing but nice things to say about them; Im just really upset at my orthodontic experience and results from lack of attention to patient, probably because Risas overbooks so many patients and overworks one orthodontist that they dont have time to pay full attention to each individuals mouth and thats not ok!! We the patients come out damaged at the end. If you are thinking of being a patient there good luck! I hope your experience is better than mineRisas Dental and Braces

Risas Dental is a joke. The team at the ********** location is always standing around blaring music and rarely working. I provided them with my insurance information and they are so lazy they won't even send in the claim! When I called to switch locations the person I talked told me that it was going to be a $500 reactivation fee, because I haven't had an appointment since November. If I could give 0 stars I would.Risas Dental and Braces

This place is great ! I go to the location on ****************** and I have had nothing but great experiences !The doctor and team are amazing and are very helpful . I have referred all my family and friends to Risas . My daughter currently has braces with Risas and we couldnt be happier with her results so far . I will definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a placeRisas Dental and Braces

I got fillings done on my 2 lateral teeth because the dentist at the time suggested it would make my teeth look better after braces. Witch I was happy about. At the time the dentist told me if theres a problem with them or I dont like them he would fix them after I took my braces off. Mind you they have changed their dentist an orthodontist multiple times. So when I got my braces of I noticed a in Indentation on one of the teeth and just wasnt happy with the way they looked. The dentist at the time told me to come back after my braces are done and he will look at them and fix anything I didnt like. I shared my concerns with the office I called plenty of times I talked to my orthodontist. She said she had a talk with the dentist and they were going to fix them at no charge. They canceled my appointment three times,due to not enough employees or dentists having an appointment. They canceled 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I had to move my schedule around and request days off of work to accommodate with their busy schedule because they dont have enough employees. Ive made plenty of complaints to the girls upfront. I was finally able to be seen by the dentist. And we discussed everything and he set up an appointment for me to get them done. Then I get a call from the front office saying that he no longer feels comfortable working on my teeth. Even though that day he said he was going to do it and we set the date and time. This place is a joke and full of foolishness. My teeth look better prior to my braces. I asked them to pull up pictures of my teeth when I first came in and they stated that they deleted them. I am not happy whatsoever with the way Ive been treated and the way my teeth turned out. They lack communication. Ive had so many problems with my braces with the technicians not doing them wrong and me having to come in again to get them fixed because they forget rubber bands. My experience with Reeses dental has been horrible.Risas Dental and Braces
