    On 7/1923 an electrician came out to our house to fix a few electrical issues we were having. Prior to him coming out, we were informed that the cost was $220 for 2 hours. We were told it was $220 by someone named ****** *. We wanted help with a living room fan that wasn't working and our fridge outlet. He told us right away that he was confident he would have the fan working when he was done. He informed us that it would be $372 total to fix everything. We were taken back by the higher price, but were fine with it if it meant everything would be fixed, so we signed off on it anyway. He did fix the fridge outlet, but not the fan. He also took the fan down and never put it back up (he left with it sitting on our couch). He then proceeded to spend his time fixing other outlets instead and replaced 2 of them, which was not something we asked to be fixed. He worked for 70 minutes (not the full 2 hours that we thought we were getting). We were told we would have to pay for someone else to come back and fix the issue. He said he was paid for troubleshooting, not fixing the problems. It was very frustrating how we were misled on the cost and the issues weren't even fixed. We would have never agreed on that price if we knew he wouldn't finish the job. Both my husband and I called and spoke to managers who would not do anything for us.
