    Absolute rip off and slow to respond. So estimated started out by technician coming out and saying he cant diagnose because it to high in the air (20ft) so an estimate was provided to me for $1000 with scissor lift, we got it knocked down to $500 when we provided the scissor lift. Took a few more days to get the back out to look at it. Tech said bad driver. Several days later Im provided with an updated quote of $800. OK great you would assume $500 the first time and $300 for the part. BUT NOOOOOO. They wanted $500 for the first visit and another $800 to come back out. I should have known when on their "itemized" invoice they don't list out $$$ amount just the number #1. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    Hi there, I apologize if there was miscommunication. We always provide the scopes of work in the descriptions of our estimates. The original estimate stated that it was for troubleshooting light and front sales area with a scissor lift. Additional cost is likely required to repair but because we do not know which driver is in the fixture, we are unable to determine final cost. If the driver is available and in town, another estimate will be provided for the repair. That estimate was approved and signed. When he located which driver was needed, we coordinated with our vendors and wrote you up the additional estimate to complete the project. We always want to give the proper information and excellent expertise, but sometimes with electrical, troubleshooting has to be done in order to diagnose and accurately correct your issue. If you have other questions regarding the estimates at all, please reach out and we would be happy to go over them further.

    *********************** was very knowledgeable and had a couple ideas that we could do. If we decide to go with them I will request him to do the work.

    Horrible customer service, don't do half the work you contract them to do, then try to charge you more for the work they didn't do.Avoid this company.
