    Paid for a voucher to take a green belt test, and the company did not proved instructions on how to use the voucher. I have called, emailed, and messaged the company with no response.

    Multiple problems occurred during my independent quality and legitimacy test of this certification process for my company before my colleagues pursed this organization for certifications.1. IASSC cons potential customers into thinking they are getting a certification from a respected accreditation firm. However, the organization does not utilize a board of experts to certify their test questions (which is evident by the questions asked on the test).2. IASSC is not backed by the BBB like other credible certification organizations are.3. IASSC does not provide test takers with a list of tools required for individual tests (i.e. non-scientific calculator - scientific calculators are allowed in every other course I've taken, including my SSBB certification exam with a creditable organization), until you are logged into the portal for your exam, they provide you a list of tools you need. You are not allowed to reschedule the test without purchasing another exam voucher, requiring you to answer questions without the appropriate tools you would have available in other certifying exams. This drastically increases the chance of failure and the need to purchase a 2nd exam. 4. IASSC states that "leading brands trust IASSC". After calling multiple organizations (a few of whom I have worked closely with or for) on the list of leading brands, I was informed by their ****************************** and ****************** leads that they have never heard of, nor would recommend IASSC as an option for their employees. In most cases, this training and testing is done onsite for these organizations. 5. IASSC claims to work with government organizations as a trusted partner. This is simply not true. IASSC is not listed on any government agency's trusted partners lists.7. IASSC has contradictory statements about price on their site.

    I purchased a Green **** On-Demand Web-Based Certification Exam Voucher - English on 02/28/2022 and attempted to redeem - sign up for an online exam. This voucher is valid until 02/29/2024.IASSC sent an instruction to sign up on the same day. However, on 08/17/2023 I was not able to enroll an exam for the institution of IASSC when I followed the instructions to log on proctoru website. I reached out multiple times to IASSC customer service seeking a solution and correct instructions. But there has not been any response. This has caused me missing a deadline for certification and impacted my work. Im seeking a refund from IASSC.

    I purchased a Green **** Six Sigma certification exam voucher from IASSC on May 19, 2023. After preparing for the exam and attempting to schedule less than *************************************************** more; I couldn't get a voucher from the company. The company sent me an email after my purchase which stated that "my serial numbers are being assigned" but didn't receive any Serial numbers or a Vouchers to schedule the certification exam. I started emailing IASSC on Sunday, 6/11/2023 and have left several messages over the past 2 days and still no response. I also found online reviews including Trustpilot reviews stating that this is not a rare situation and other consumers have complained about purchasing Vouchers from them and never received them. I need to take my certified exam asap which is required by my employer and I'm lost at what options are left. I paid $350 for this voucher and now I have nothing and this can effect my employment as well.

    Date of transaction in which the paid voucher code didnt work = 3/19/2023 I paid $250 for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt exam. I was overcharged because on the quick-link provided in my emailed receipt, it lists a price of $195 for the same exam The business committed to providing me with a resolution that included a review of the price listed, a phone call/email response, and a helpful answer.The nature of my dispute is in unethical integrity of this business that wont honor their published price. Their online support is so limited by a generic process to even get a knowledgeable decision-maker on the phone or email based on all of the documentation and multiple requests that Ive requested. In short, Im holding them accountable to a refund since this much time, frustration, effort, and money has been wasted since March 19, 2023. They are basically denying the advertised price thats provided on the payment receipt. The business has not tried to resolve my issue, much less follow thru with the promised reply. They have copy/pasted replies that basically, show why Im wrong and their listed price is on the site. Yes, it is, HOWEVER, there is a quick link that advertises a lesser price and should be honored as a solid business practice.I have all of the emails and other forms of documentation to support this request for a simple refund of what I paid, $250. Confusing Poor customer service Lack of consistency Lack of follow thru Even though PeopleCert acquired IASSC a few years ago, they continue to be all over the place with business practices and a credible website.

    I purchased an evaluation exam to use as a readiness assessment prior to taking a certification test from www.IASSC.org. IASSC offers this evaluation exam for $69.00 for which they promise to deliver a one-time exam voucher key (referred to later as "serial number") which permits a registered user access to their system to take the evaluation exam. I registered my account with my personal information and paid $69.00 on July 18, 2022 on order #***** using my personal **** credit card. IASSC processed the payment and currently lists the order in my online account as "Completed". I received an email on July 18, 2022 confirming the order and providing instructions for accessing the exam. The instructions in the email indicated that, "Your unique assigned Evaluation Exam Voucher is located above under the title "Serial Numbers". " However in the email, under the title "Serial Numbers" was the statement "Order waiting for assigning serial numbers." The only available method to contact IASSC for support is through a web based email builder on their website:https://iassc.org/contact/I sent an email requesting a status update on the serial number for my order, providing all the relevant information above on August 1, 2022. I received no reply to the email both associated with my account and entered into the web based email builder. I sent a second email on August 21, 2022 through the same channel requesting the same status update previously this time including language that if I did not hear a reply I would pursue this transaction as suspected fraud. I received no reply. No communication has been received from IASSC other than the email confirming that the order had been completed with no serial number to access the product I purchased.

    I paid $39 for a Yellow Belt Evaluation Exam Voucher. I received e-mails saying my order was complete and one with the exam voucher code and instructions on how to redeem it. I copied and pasted the *** into a separate browser on several occasions, typed it in other occasions and clicked on it in other occasions. I did the same with the exam voucher code. No matter what browser I use, I get the same message that my exam voucher is not valid. Yet, the e-mails say my order was complete and my bank statement shows the $39 cleared. I have e-mailed, gone on their ******** page and called the number on the ******** page with no response. I want my money back.
