    If I could give this company a 0 I would. I purchased a voucher for my Green Belt recertification with an expiration date of 12/13/2025. I received an email directing me to sign up for my exam through PeopleCert and when I did so the website indicated the voucher expired on 12/31/2024. I tried to get this resolved but PeopleCert directed me back to IASSC. At this point I discovered that ********** now owns IASSC. Neither company answers phone calls or returns voicemails. Totally inexcusable behavior.

    Ive been trying to reach this company for two weeks and have reached out via their website, through email, and also left a phone message. Still not one response to any of my attempts to contact them just to get a couple of questions answered before ordering an exam through them. Now I have to find another way to take the Lean Sux Sigma Black Belt exam.
