      I ordered $200 in gift cards for my daughter on August 20. See attached email receipt. They are offered in $100 increments so I ordered two. They were shipped on August 23. See attached shipping confirmation email. My daughter received the shipment and there was ONE $100 gift card enclosed, NOT TWO.Subsequently I have emailed Sprouts three times and left a voicemail. They keep telling me to allow up to ********************************************************** the tracking number of the order that was already received. I keep telling them it was received but that one $100 card was not in the envelope. Then they turn around and repeat the same response with the same 12 day deadline and the same tracking number. It's like they didn't read or comprehend what I was telling them at all.I want a refund for the missing $100 gift card. I do not want them to even issue the gift card at this point because I don't want them having my money. I just want the refund immediately, thank you.

      I shopped at Sprouts today, August 17th for Instacart. Ive never had an is*** shopping at this store for Instacart nor when I shop for my personal items. I approached the register as someone was finishing checking out in front of me, I placed the order divider on the conveyor belt. I then proceeded to place all 3 orders divided on the conveyor belt. However, after the cashier finished with the customer in front of me, she threw the divider stick on the conveyor belt with force almost hitting me. She didnt greet me and proceeded with an attitude as if she had an underlying is*** with me. I did absolutely nothing to her and I could actually *** for emotional distress for the way I was treated. She threw the stick so hard that the wind from it hit my face. Im guessing she think I was beneath her because I was shopping Instacart, so she didnt have to treat me as a customer. However, Im actually a very successful business owner who uses Instacart funds to invest in the stock market. She would never be able to work for my company portraying such nasty behavior. *** worked in corporate in my early 20s, so I know first hand what legendary and simple customer service is like. She topped it off with Safe troubles at the end of the horrible experience. Thats rude and condescending after she told the previous customer to have a nice day. If she doesnt lose her job or receive the proper disciplinary action as a result of this, Im bringing it to the media and Im suing for emotional distress. Please dont be fooled because shes an older employee. Shes passive aggressive and in this sense I considered it to be aggressive towards me as a human being. I will reach both sprouts and store 816 that you cant treat people the way you see fit because I have the funds to take this to the step legally. The camera in the store should be able to show the evidence. Im not confrontational and thats why I contacted the bbb.

      7/22/22 Sprouts store at *************************************, *****. I was overcharged on two items (out of 10) at the self serve register. This happens often. They should be investigated to see why this happens so often. Seems like fraud to me.
