      My son purchased a gallon of milk from sprouts along with some cheese. He came home and had a glass of milk and some cheese and crackers and told me that he wasn't feeling well. Within 24 hours he was experiencing high fevers, shaking, chills, nausea, diarrhea, and general weakness. it hadn't occurred to me that it could be from the milk or cheese as I was thinking he had a virus of some sort. After two days of him not showing any improvement, we took him to the emergency room where he was diagnosed with Campylobacter bacteria. The doctor said it came from unprocessed cheese or milk, which is what he purchased from Sprouts. This illness caused him a hospital trip, antibiotics, IV fluids, along with other medication's along with a week of diarrhea, vomiting and weight loss. I am asking for a Sprouts to at least cover his medical bills.

      For my order *****************, they delivered it to the wrong house. This was confirmed by the agent I spoke to online on March 21st. They told me I would be refunded via EBT ($281) and my **** ($90) and no confirmation or anything would be done. This was done via chat. I have yet to see any refund or compensation days later.

      There is a problem with the Sprouts CEO with the name of *************************. ************************* doesn't seem to be a real person. ************************* seems to be in disguised of *******'s men. That's a dangerous disturbance for ********* and innocent residents in *****************. It isn't fair for ********* and innocent residents to be afraid of shopping at their favorite stores.

      You lied and overcharged me for pick up grocery bill for over $20 more than I agreed. Shame on you sprouts

      I visited **********, ********** Sprouts around 5 o'clock evening on February 4, 2023. I ordered sandwich at deli. There was only one person at Deli. He took my paper and help other person to cut meat and cheese which I was in first person there. It was rude but it was ok I waited about 30 minutes for one sandwich to be done which was very long time. When I was paying the woman at register was very rude. I gave her sandwich on her hand because I did not want to put on slide bed since it was dirty then I asked her can you give me after you scanned she said NO and she threw my sandwich against the wall where placing the bag. I told her it's very rude and she did not respond at all and I told her you need to fix your attitude in front of other customer. She act oh "what did I do" and laughed. It was very rude that she did that. Unacceptable. You can see surveillance of her action toward me. I would like to speak with someone from ***************** I would like to communicate by email.

      This is terrible response with long delay to reply. Plus, you have not respond to my complaint. I expect a contact from **************** and refund. You have not complete my complaint. I am very disappointed on your response. I am not going to accept until you contact me and refund me. How you know who did this and how you will address the store about the experience. I find this very fishy.

      My husband bought 3 packages of thighs from sprouts on ************* **************** in ******* **. We paid $70.00 dollars on the chicken thighs and legs at sprouts.we ate the chicken today and it was very rubbery and very tough to eat.and we are feeling sick and my husband feels like he is going to throw up.when they don't watch there workers in the meat department they talk like birds and don't switch out the meats.The workers are very rude to us. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. And we are on social security disability . We just want our money back. Resolution, we want our money back please Thank you.

      A copy of the email attached was sent from the main Sprouts in **********, **. The offer was for FREE DELIVERY to your home by spending a minimum of $35. and using the code: JANFD2023. After creating a shopping cart, and proceeding to checkout, I find a $4.00 SERVICE FEE! I called the ********* store ************, and was informed that the service fee was for using INSTACART. I did NOT choose to use INSTACART, I wanted FREE DELIVERY from the store to my home AS ADVERTISED! Please refer to the attached ad sent via email. NO where does it state that there is a $4. delivery fee if the store chooses to use INSTACART instead of their employees delivering. I believe that this email/ad is FALSE ADVERTISING! I would not have wasted my time creating a shopping cart, only to find that FREE is NOT FREE!

      Really bad experience shopping at the Sprouts in north *** this evening. The store address is ************************************************************************************** went shopping there today and I went out of my way to go to this particular Sprouts because it's usually better than the Sprouts in ***** ** but tonight was just very bad and not up to the standards I am used to.The person in the deli was very unprofessional and had poor customer service skills. I placed an order for sandwiches and instead of making our order he proceeded to get the order for the person after us. Why? you should take care of customers in order otherwise what is the point of being first? On top of this he took a very long time to make our sandwiches, we waited at around 30 min and never received our order. This person went around the deli to the bread section to look for bread and this was at least 10 minutes after placing the order. It took him 10 min to find out he was out of bread?I go to this store because the store itself is in better condition than other stores and we never had a bad experience like today. Most employees there looked very unhappy to be working, the person sweeping had his pants under his waist and he swept the floor extremely lazily. Im not sure if the morning crew is any better but the pm crew at this Sprouts on Wednesday ***** was absolutely terrible and they should not be working at a store making the experience a very unpleasant one for everyone there shopping.I love Sprouts and will probably continue to shop there, but at a different location, and do not want to see this store continue to go downhill.Store management needs to address the bad attitude and laziness of the people working during the pm shift.I believe I deserve store credit for having to wait so long for an order of sandwiches which I never received due to a very lazy deli person. Thats 30 minutes I couldve been at home instead of waiting for this lazy person waste my time.Thank You

      simply apologizing does nothing to ease the effects if such bad service provided by several employees. Gauging by this response Sprouts does not care about providing good customer service by its employees to paying customers who regularly frequent this store. The response is loud and clear and I will have to steer clear of Sprouts feom now on and go to one of the many other options available to me. 

      You just lost a customer of many many years.

      my wife works at the sprouts on 120th and ******** over the las few months she has come home crying on MULTIPLE occasions due to her new ******* **** i have heard him speaking very rudely to her demanding things from her that are not only bad practice but very harsh given her already bad company support hes been demanding she come in on days hes already approved off saying that if she doesnt that he will fire her or take disciplinarian action shes been handling the deli with no asst ******* and only 4 other staff back there working 50+ hrs a week which he regularly YELLS at her for doing saying that shes wasting company hrs he basically blackmailed her into being a store keyholder to open the store saying if she isnt one she doesnt have a job and then demanding she come open the store on days she has off and making rude remarks about her performance giving NO support and no help at all and than throws her under the bus when the district ******* comes in to walk the store hes been VERY unprofessional and i have personally heard of him giving preferential treatment to employees that he likes and than hindering the careers of ones he does this man does not deserve his position and has abused every ounce of power he has been given and im tired of hearing about him getting away with more and more bad practices in the business place.

      Dear BBB Representative, I tried to resolve my dispute by utilizing the businesss online complaint form first. That said, the business has shown no commitment to resolving my complaint and simply ignored it.My family and I are regular customers of Sprouts in ********, **, notably for its meat products. Earlier this month, we purchased several meat items including chicken products sold under the business brand: Sprouts Farmers Market. The next day and well before the expiration date, I cooked the breast and my wife and I both were food poisoned. I opened chicken legs as I suspected the chicken breast we just had was the cause. I detected a very bad rotten smell. I filed a complaint online with the business and took the chicken leg to the store. The manager could not stand the smell either. The business sold bad chicken causing food poisoning and left my complaint unanswered. This is unacceptable per se. The business will lose customers like me who spends hundreds of dollars every month there. I hope the business takes my complaint here more seriously that that submitted through its portal and contact me to discuss our options. Nothing is more disappointing than a business that doesnt take responsibility for its errors. Thanks.
