      Sprouts Farmers Market sold me rotisserie chicken which was not fresh. When I returned to the establishment to return, the manager refused the return even with proof of purchase. I will be reporting this establishment.

      Sunday I returned a bottle of Spicy Orange Sauce that was purchased the previous Tuesday but we discovered it had expired two months ago. The manager repeatedly apologized and refunded my money and pulled the other six bottles off the shelf that all had the same expiration date of two months ago. Sounds great right? But then my wife goes there two days later and finds all the expired bottles back on the shelf. THEY KNOWINGLY PUT EXPIRED PRODUCTS BACK ON THE ***** TO SELL! They advertise themselves as committed to socially responsible, lawful, and ethical business practices. Thats funny.

      My wife and I decided to go to our first Sprouts as we are trying to live in more holistic lifestyle. We walk in and go immediately to the produce section in the back of the store where we pick out a bunch of carrots. The carrots looked very dull and as we went to grab them, the carrots would bend in complete full one end to the other. That's right, just like breaking a pencil in half.....Except this bended like Teflon.... We proceeded to tell an employee about this and their response was " okay, let me see something" as he walks to the back of the store. This took a little over 5 minutes and we decided to head out, as we are heading to the front of the store we encountered the Manager (forget her name but she has apparently been there for YEARS. As we told her about the carrots, she repeated almost the exact same thing as the employee but with no apology or effort. Her response was "okay". That's all......just "okay". So we left our first Sprouts experience in the garbage. Sad day, and truthfully so disrespectful. Need the community to hold itself responsible for the business that are kept alive. Thank you. That's all.

      I returned items and they failed to credit my debit card. Instead, they gave me shop cards with no stored value on them. I am mentally challenged. This was the basis for their thievery. I am out $25 ****************

      The manager was incredibly rude to me during checkout. Accused of stealing when that was NOT the case. I had my change of clothes from work in a reusable shopping bag that I had to carry with me because I am a public transit rider. This man called me every name under the Sun before I could even attempt to pay for my items I was wanting to purchase. He even said he would quote " break my knee caps if I ever came back or if he ever sees me again" ...as a female who frequents this area I feel that incredibly alarming not to say triggering of a trauma response. What gives this man the audacity to talk to ANYONE in that manner??? I will never go back there because of my repulsive experience...that's legally considered verbal abuse and threatening physically.

      I ordered groceries for delivery and Sprouts uses a third party company to manage their online orders - Instacart.com. I was overcharged for my original purchase, and also charged an additional $95.00 authorization on my credit card. I did not authorize Instacart.com to charge the additional $95.00 on my credit card. I submitted my grocery order and that was the only charge I authorized on my credit card. I was informed in the email I received from Instacart.com after I submitted the order that they charged my credit card an additional $95.00 for "authorization." This is called stealing and fraud. This company charged my credit card without my authorization - I would like BBB to begin an investigation on this fraud and please find out how many other online purchasers from Sprouts are also experiencing the type of fraud and stealing. It's against the law to steal and use a credit card without the owner's permission.

      My husband worked 10 years. His boss signed a paper giving permission to be paid for sick time and vacation. This was on a Wednesday by Saturday it was denied. Is this legal when a paper was signed by store director??

      You do not want anyone you love to work there.I loved working there I loved the store.I was forced out if my job false allegations was made against me and my daughter THE ********* was allowed to make these false claims I have pictures,a receipt and its on ??. I SHOULD of took her to court.**** of bullying,hostility and racial profiling goes on In ****** ** Sprouts.They denied me a sit down meeting they covered up the lies .Many employees have been on the end of this bad treatment.She said she laughs when employees go to HR to make complaints about her because she knows nothing will become of it.5 employees quit within the 2 weeks I did.she told one employee to get the * back to work .I am 59 yrs old and I have never experienced a work environment like the Sprouts 621 .SPROUTS SHOULD BE ASHAMED BUT THEY ARE NOT SHE IS PLAYING THE VICTIM BUT THATS WHAT ABUSER DO.I WALKED OUT THAT DOOR WITH THE LITTLE BIT O* HUMILITY THAT THEY LE*T ME WITH.THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MOVING UP THE LADDER AND $$ AND THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET THERE

      Sprouts Market, ******, ** - I purchased what I thought were USDA Organic Cherries. I buy everything organic because I have a reaction to foods laced with pesticides. I get the cherries home to enjoy and then my tongue starts to feel funny along with my throat from eating the "organic cherries". I don't mind spending more money for organic foods, however, when you mislabel regular (either by mistake or on purpose) cherries for organic, it makes me question if Sprouts is making this a practice on everything in the store. If they're doing it with cherries what else is being mislabeled as organic? I should just stick to the local farmer's market... Spouts... you've just lost my business!
