      I purchased hearing aids in ********************************************************************* 2022, Miracle ear started an insurance program which I bought into. I lost my hearing aids again but was notified that although I had insurance I could not use it because I had already had a claim.I felt it was fraudulent and told them so. The person I talked to said there was nothing she could do so I said I did not want the hearing aids, Im done with you. Today, over almost 2 weeks later, I got a call from th manager saying they had hearing aids for me. By this time I had purchased hearing aids from another source so told them to keep the hearing aids I did not want them.Had they told me the insurance would not be honored, I never would have bought it. The call was a little late and on my opinion was nothing more than an attempt to keep me from complaining.
