      I cancelled my account with E-merchant club they received the hosting fee for the month I cancelled but also took a 6 month advance hosting fee 6 days later. The Account is canceled but they are choosing to keep the 6 month advance hosting fee even though they are no longer hosting the account. I asked for a refund of the advanced hosting fee they claim they have a right to keep that money.

      So far my experience with eMerchantClub has been a great one. I have had my website for about 4 months now. Orders started to trickle in at the end of month one and are continuing to grow. I am most impressed with the amount of time the company has taken with me to answer some simple and more complex questions. I appreciate everything!"

      They told me I did not have to be tech savvy and they would help well I have not gotten any help yet it is horrible business . I keep paying and they never do what they say. Haven't made one *****, in 4 months

Your account was initiated on 3/9/22, and our team promptly reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails to schedule your initial training. However, your training was completed on 8/11/2022, five months later, a process most of our members complete within the first few days.We noted that during your time with us, you did not set up a PayPal or Amazon Pay account for your website, a critical step we cover extensively in our onboarding process. Without these payment options, customers visiting your site had no method to complete their purchases.We pride ourselves in offering a range of learning resources, including short training videos that guide members through managing their website, marketing strategies, and payment setup. Additionally, our team is available during standard business hours to provide free live technical and customer support.Our records show that we didn't receive any calls or requests for assistance from your end during your membership. We regret to note that after you ceased paying your monthly fee, your website was deactivated, and your account was referred to collections.We understand that building and managing a business requires time and effort, and it appears that this might not have been the perfect time for you to take on this commitment. We genuinely wish for all our members to achieve success, and we are here to assist every step of the way.Should your circumstances change, and you find yourself ready to invest in your business, we wholeheartedly welcome you back.

      This company has issues, Dealing with them was like pulling your own teeth ! Impossible .Took unauthorized payments out my account.. pushed cancellation back to charge me a yearly $199 upgrade on a website I never used.( Due to my new job and lack of time on my end. )Just Glad its over ! The cancellation Finally went through..Hopefully !
