1 starDon't do business with this company.They say one thing it is actually something else bad customer service and they try to constantly get you to pay more money but you don't see the results. They don't refund money even if you are owed money. They take a long time to cancel your account you must call and talk to them They don't do it right automatically. E Merchant Club is terrible. I wanted to cancel my subscription and they kept jacking me around for 2 months, collecting monthly charges until they got around to telling me that i need a specific form. Once i completed the form, 2 months later they had continued to charge me and refused refund for the 2 months i wanted out and kept asking them to not charge me. Products are terrible and cheap, unhappy with availability and no help with website.... doesn't do much good if you don't know how to use it... when you ask for help they send you a print out that did not work either but you cant get ahold of them to help.Terrible experience. I just want my money back

I just completed my version 23 update for my website. *********************** was amazing, shes very knowledgeable in the system/software and her customer service skills are wonderful. They followed through 100%I started with eMerchantClub in January of 2023. I spoke with a number of their agents and they all seemed very knowledgeable about e-commerce solutions. I was sold on the starter site in January. Heres a few things that eMerchantClub promised that I am most happy about: Fast website build: My site was built in about 48 hours. I didnt expect that and thought they were blowing smoke very fast build! American product warehouses: I was told that they had well over ****** wholesale products that ship from U.S. based warehouses. From what I see so far this is 100% true. Shipping is insanely fast (comparable to Amazon) a lot of product options too.High level support: I have only called in one time to their support team. They were fine. Although, I use their help chat regularly for quick questions. They do seem to have an all U.S. based support team which is nice. If you arent a master web developer or dont have tons of experience this could be the perfect option for you. I am mid level with a number of other sites that I own. I have been able to leverage their product warehouses to make quick sales on ***** I can imagine if you are novice at eCommerce eMerchantClubs support team will come in handy for you. My overall grade of eMerchantClub is 8.5 out of 10. They are missing the e-commerce functionality for high-level users. Although, that is not their target market.E Merchant Club

1 starI purchased the New MAGENTO 2 web site and it was defective and now 2 years later it still is not fixed and was told they would take down the defective web site and would give me a new web site and still have not done so.
