      Service was on 12 January 2023. Service person said we needed expensive repair and that a $500.00 deposit was required. I gave the repair person a check for $500.00. On 16 January 2023, I again spoke with the repair person and he said the expensive repair probably was not necessary and the $500.00 would be refunded. On 7, 8, and 9 February I spoke to office representatives, was told they would do several things including refunding my money. To date, they have done none of what they said they would do and I have not received my refund. I have also tried to contact senior management through emails that bounced and letter on 23 February 2023.

      I received this information from the BBB and it was the first I heard about the customer concern.  We have reached out to the customer and informed him we are sending a full refund of the $500.00. This matter should be fully resolved. Thanks you **********************;

       I did receive a call from an ******* representative on 17 March. I was told that they would refund my money and provide the tune-up checklist. I was also told by an ******* representative on 8 February that they would send the refund check and tune-up checklist. As of the mail on Saturday 25 March, I have not received anything from *******. It can not agree that this matter is resolved until I actually receive the refund and checklist.

      I checked this mooring and the check was sent out to his home over the weekend. The check list  from the maintenance  is unavailable due to software access issues. I am working on retrieving the data but we are not sure when that will be available. The maintenance was performed as contracted. We have no more maintenances or services due to the customer. The main is very slow and sense the last response we made to the BBB now have received two letters from the customer which tool over an week to arrive.

      I am thinking April 12 or 28th. The amount was just over $13,000. We decided to except the one year NO PAYMENTS OR INTEREST because it fit in with us both retired and on Social Security. I was surprised when I received a invoice due in July 2022 for a payment just over $200.00. I called the A/C company and they said I needed to speak with lender they sold note to, and the lender said the A/C company would need to have us resign corrected contract and send to them. They never called to resolve or acknowledge my concern or anything at all. I just received the first communication from A/C company August 3, 2022 and they are reviewing. Well in the meantime my credit is at risk.

      The loan documents that the customer signed clearly state that the loan is a 10 year, ****% interest loan. I have reached out to the loan company to see if there is any way to switch this to a 12 month no interest, no payment option. I am waiting for a response. I have also reached out to the homeowner, but I have yet to hear back.

      This is only acceptable if corrected and any derogatory remarks with credit are removed since there are two payments due. In fact the A/C company should be responsible for those late payments and any fees associated to them. And I am through calling A/C company. I called them 12 times with no response.

      I trusted them to make it right and even had plumber come out and paid well over $300.00 to put new parts in toilet that he broke. How would they like to pay that back to me? I live on Social Security.
